We used a dog walker through them who spent over a month getting used to our dogs with weekly walks as our dogs are rescues and can be nervous and bark at new people in the house. Although we asked initially to have a couple walkers be introduced (so our dogs could become familiar with them) in case of emergencies, only one walker was assigned. During our night away for my brother's wedding, we received a call at 9:30 PM from the owner of the company stating the walker had an emergency and was not coming. Instead of providing a backup walker from the company, the owner called our own emergency contact to come to our house at 10 PM to let our dogs out. The owner declined to cover the visit herself because our dogs can be nervous and bark around new people. We understand emergencies happen, and the owner did issue a full refund, but there should have been a back up in place. While the owner admitted she should have had a back up in place and that this was a learning experience for her, I am saddened my dogs had to be the expense for this learning experience.

I was 7 hours away . and trusted these people . Instead I was stressed and had the police watching my home . I requested my money back . and am waiting for as I write this Also she will state about Peanut butter on A counter .. no where near the dog treats that are clearly marked and labeled which were covered ... The peanut butter was mine !!! not for the dogs ... I am taking her to court .

Upon our return home from this weekends trip we received a text saying "since we were coming home before the 4th walk of the day Cap extended the time spent on each of today's 3 visits to equal the time as if we came 4x" We questioned Cap about this as we knew this was untrue, Our alarm system notifies us when the system is armed and disarmed, so we sent a log to them showing the exact times spent per visit. Cap immediately sent us a text canceling our next dog walking session. So make sure you pay attention to your sessions time.

I have used CAP's pet sitting services twice now and would highly recommend them to anyone. The first time was for about a week and the second time was for about 3 weeks. Cathy was scheduled to come twice a day to feed my two cats for breakfast and then dinner. For a very affordable rate compared to other pet sitting services, she fed the cats, scooped the litter, and even fit in some play time everyday. She sent updates with pictures of my two boys every few days, giving me peace of mind while I was away. I can confirm that Cathy did show up as scheduled each day through my home security camera I used to check in on the boys every day. She was very kind to them. Additionally, Cathy went above and beyond one day when there was a flood from my main toilet valve on my second floor that caused a leak through the ceiling onto the first floor. She notified me immediately of the situation and noted she dried what she could and even turned off the valve which allowed for the leak to stop. My landlord stopped by after the leak happened and noted the water was wiped away and dried. When I came home, I barely noticed there was ever a flood! She did such an amazing job cleaning everything completely and keeping me updated the whole time. I offered to pay her extra to compensate for her extra effort but she said she was happy to help and did not want to take the extra money. She is so kind and genuinely cares about animals. I trust her completely with my boys and home. She's awesome. And from what I have seen when I met Anthony, he's great too.

We made him a wish list like he asked of everything he would work on while he has the dog. After the 10 days, he brought our pup back and she was super excited to be back home. Scott assured us this is normal and that he would schedule a follow up visit with us and the dog to go over everything he worked on while our dog was with him. We schedule for the following Saturday. Saturday morning came and I got a text from Scott that he had to cancel our appointment. He offered to come on Sunday. Sunday came and Scott once again didn't show up and I didn't get a text until about an hour and half after our scheduled appointment that he couldn't come. At this point we realized that Scott had no intention of coming back and we just wasted $1500. His lack of professionalism and failure to show up, along with the absence of results, left us feeling disappointed and taken advantage of.

Scott is unique in that he only boards one dog at a time, which allows the dog to get a lot more attention than in other boarding settings; as such, his rates tend to be slightly higher at around $65/night (give or take). Francis was definitely a bit sad the day we brought him home due to all the fun he had with his buddy Boogie. NOTE: must text him and sometimes remind for updates, but he does come through as he maintains a busy schedule as a dog trainer.
