My experience with Christian and Nessa Painting was the worst experience I have had while working with a contractor. They told us our interior painting project would take two days. To start things off, they told us they would bring in scaffolding for our vaulted ceilings during the consult. The day before they were planning to start they were asking us if we had a ladder that they could use and we told them we do not have one that would reach. Then, they started our project a day later then the original start date because of a wild excuse and told us they would start at 9:00am. The day they started, they showed up at 11:00am, and Christian asked my wife if she could go with him to a rental place so he could rent a ladder because he lost his wallet and they needed a credit card on file. Once he started painting he was off and running and worked till almost 9:00pm. They said we will see you at 9:00am the next day, and they showed up to our house at 1:15 for day two, but they were in their vehicle until 3:00 and then started working. At 4:00 they said they had to go pickup their child from daycare. They arrived back at 4:35 to then bring the ladder back that they rented the previous day, luckily they paid cash for the rental and didn't just charge it to my wife's card. At 5:15 they arrived from returning the ladder and they were in and out of the house dozens of times to their vehicle and ended up working till 7:15. I told them I am seeing a bunch of spots where the old color is still visible and Christian said they would walk around and make sure everything looked good. I have went through 4 stacks of post it's marking all the spots that were missed and where the old color is still visible. We have been trying to contact them for over two weeks to come back to do the touch ups, and so far they have said they would come and finish the touch ups on three separate occasions, and when that day arrives, they don't show and we cannot get a hold of them for a few days. Once we do get ahold of them, they have more wild excuses. It has now been two weeks and our house is still not complete with the four stacks of post it's still marking spots on our walls. Pro's: They help us chose the color. That's about all we can think of. Con's: There painting work is very mediocre. They left paint on our trim, carpet (about a dozen spots on the carpet) and kitchen cabinets and hard wood floors. They didn't clean up any of the messes that they made from sanding the spots that were touched up with spackle. They lied to us about every time they were suppose to arrive and had wild excuses. It's been two weeks and still have not showed up to do the touch ups. For some reason you can never get a hold of them and they will never return your call, but you can only call them through Facebook and not a actual phone number.
