Sprinkler System... James the owner... No showed several…read moretimes. I had Requested the James ... the yr prior he was a different person than he is now. Ended up with a person who just moved here from California and started working for James. This person did not set the sprinkler system as I had asked... set it totally different. But told me he had set it as I asked and I did not find out he hadn't until the next day when the system ran. I am a Widow ... so now my water bill is sky high... and they told me to set the ck on my porch - each day for 3 days I was told he would come by and pick it up -- he never did. While his hired person was here he told me adamantly that he did not believe in God ... etc. That is a scary statement for most of us... especially widows alone! I finally took the check in off the porch ... and James called the police and complained about me. I am also an Ordained Reverend... This is pretty bad stuff they have put me through right after losing my husband. James was aware that my husband had passed... Think Twice... on this one. Very BAD experience for me... I told him I was going to call the police so he called them immediately after I said that to him... Told them a story to make me the widow/Reverend sound like the bad Guy -- I could take a polygraph to this and pass!

In my opinion PNW could have done much better. They were already doing paving up to my property…read moreline/road. I met them, nice guys, they measured and sent me a bid for my approx. 2000 sq. ft. asphalt with very minimal prep (they're words) and no additional base material request. $16,000!!! When questioned if I got the wrong bid the owner said it was correct. They would have to do it on overtime and weekends possibly. This was never disclosed until I got the heart attack price many days after meeting them. Why not just tell me up front they don't need my business at this time as they are too busy? They should have said we are unable to work it in at this time but would love to come back next year for a reasonable and realistic price. Not a price more than approx. 3 times what is should have been.
