I've never left a review for anything, but in the case of Muscle Moving, I absolutely had to, because Chase and Chaz are responsive, timely, respectful, super hard working, and trustworthy. This was our eleventh move, and it was the best ever. Had this crew not worked so hard all day long (11 hours), we would not have completed the loading in one day. The crew that unloaded was literally awestruck with the way Chase meticulously loaded two 26' trucks to maximize both space and balance. Here's the real kicker: I'm typically very untrusting until I get to know a person, but in this case I trusted Chase enough to actually let him take the keys to one of our trucks (and half of our earthly belongings) home and then drive that truck to our destination, even though we departed about two hours earlier in the other truck. I hired Muscle Movers to move myself and a friend out of two apartments. But actually by moving date we ended up have stuff from 3 different apartments. 5th floor, 4th floor then mine ground level. But on the 5th floor was a over sized couch, love seat, armoire and matching dresser. All very big and heavy, sorry guys. These 2 guys had problems getting them in the elevator but these guys were still smiling, and joking. I know they were really hating me under their breath. If they didn't know how to load a truck they couldn't have gotten all that they did. Only had a car load of small stuff to take over to the new place. They started at 9:30am and finally finished at around 8:00pm, they were exhausted when they got down. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I can't say enough about this company. I would whole heartedly recommend them 100x over. They came to the house on a very hot and humid day, and our garage door spring broke the night before, and could not be opened manually due to some other other issues with the door. Without complaint they hauled all furniture upstairs/boxes, and some even had to go back downstairs in the home to place items. They wrung their shirts out a few times in the first 2 hours, but nothing slowed them down. They had great attitudes, worked super hard, were efficient, careful and were done under the time writer had paid for. They even fixed the uhaul ramp that came off the track. The loaders in Canada seemed like they were twiddling their thumbs compared to how these guys worked. They would be the only company I hired again. Thank you thank you! So very grateful! read more

My girlfriend found this company for our move. They were affordable and had what seemed to Be overall better rates / reviews. We decided to use them to unload our pod to our 3rd story apartment. It was no easy feat as we were In The middle of the complex/buildings. I knew I was burnt out on moving. The two movers showed up on time and were eager to get started right away. They were beyond accommodating to any need I had and were great workers. They had it done really fast, and were still eager to help ensure things were placed where they needed to go. Don't let the fact that these guys come up as lowest cost out of everyone on the website fool you. They were phenomenal-fast & with strength & speed that literally had me stopping & staring. Sometimes gasping. Wondering why couldn't I be related to Chase to get some of that superhuman strength. Didn't damage a thing-utmost care & grace even with bulky items. Packed truck perfect. Unloaded perfect. You could tell they know how to work together efficiently & it showed in communication & coordination. Yeah, pretty much everything you would want in a moving company tbh. These guys are amazing! They HUSTLE! Like non stop. They maybe took a five minute break in over 9 hours. They are literally the only reason we got a 1800 square foot house moved on one day. Their "Tetris" packing was insane. Super friendly. Joked around with us. I felt super comfortable with them the whole time even when they found a years worth of hidden bras shoved behind my dresser! I hired two movers from Muscle Moving and Cleaning for unloading my fully packed 20' Uhaul at my new house and these guys were professional, friendly, hard-working, and helpful, my experience couldn't have been better. Chase was the lead mover and had the equipment and expertise to unload both the really heavy items and very fragile items safely and quickly. These guys did a fantastic job moving me. Most notible they moved a 260lb smart bed from a 3 story to bedroom to another 3 story bedroom and deassembled and reassembled it.
