Basically, I just use my phone for everything related to the door openers. But, this year we took the plunge with these fantastic looking doors and added windows to the doors... which our last doors did not have. The entire process behind purchasing these doors went as smoothly as humanly possible. From first talking with Jessica in their office to set up the appointments for picking the doors and also the appointment for installation. Everyone was professional/friendly and skilled. Just a quick 5 Star review for C&R. I had problems with a residential garage door at my house and after looking at it, i realized it wasn't an easy fix. Broken spring, cables and a bent bracket. Called them before 9am on a Friday and by mid morning they had already been to house, gave an estimate and returned to their shop. By mid afternoon, all parts were repaired or replaced, door works and at a very reasonable price. The install crew did a great job. I had the doors installed in October 2020. 2 of the remote openers do not work, so I called. And I called again. Here in February of 2021 I'm still waiting for the remotes to be programmed. The company took the payment fast, but the service sucks. read more

One of the most unprofessional companies I've ever dealt with in my life. Had an install for an opener scheduled and shifted things around to have someone home to let them in to do the work. We were given a four hour window for when the installer would arrive, never heard from them. I called them and they said the driver had a breakdown...ok fine. Reschedule for another week and end up having to call and cancel due to a work situation. So we're now on the third date...I have to move things around again to be home since they don't do installs on weekends. Once again we get a four hour window...no one shows up and when we call we're told that the installer will call us. No call and no one shows up. I had to get in touch with Home Depot and they got in touch with C&R who claims the install was for next Thursday. I'm 95% sure it was this Thursday, but then again everyone makes mistakes. If it was next Thursday though why did no one say that when I called to confirm that they were coming? Makes no sense and based on my previous experience I just don't believe it was me with the wrong date. I've now been trying to get in touch with them to reschedule again and no one will answer my calls. They have my garage opener too so I can't even switch installers. I have no idea why Home Depot gives these people work. Highly unprofessional. read more

Was unfortunately matched with this company by my local Home Depot. They were friendly when scheduling but on the day of install when I called to inquire why they were late, the scheduler was rude and said that they would arrive shortly. Two hours later: no one arrived during the window promised and no phone call. Subsequent calls to the office were not answered. When I called the Home Depot national number they too could not get through at first. When C&R eventually responded to them, they lied and said we were scheduled in the afternoon, despite confirming the time with me that morning. Buyer beware. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! And beware, they contract with Home Depot. We had double garage doors installed in April. The installers were over two hours late due to a van breakdown. Consequently, they rushed to get the job done and the doors were making a loud racket while opening and closing not even two weeks later! We contacted Home Depot immediately who then contacted the company, indicating the need for repair. The repairman called a couple of times, asking to come by while my husband and I were at work, giving us less than an hours notice. For obvious reasons, that did not work. This summer, we have called over 20 times in an attempt to set up a time to get the repair done. Each time, the scheduling of a repair was put off for a slew of reasons/excuses which are too lengthy to list here. Now, here we are, almost 5 months later and the doors are still not fixed!
