Always have great service with Precision Door. Today I backed into the door, as for some reason it did not open all the way. (I admit I may have hit the button and stopped it, but I don't remember). Called Precision after an appt. I had and was told I could have same day service. Service was a little later then promised but I was called twice to let me know of the delays and she was so nice and apologetic about the delay. I had nowhere to be, so it was fine. It's Thursday and raining and I am sure traffic was crazy, but I really appreciate the updates. After our new door was installed earlier in the week, an issue occurred with the opening of the door with the remote. Andrew Priest arrived early this morning to diagnose the problem. He determined that the Genie motor was defective. Once a new motor was replaced and he checked out the door operation, everything worked perfectly.
