Joe was pretty open that he had cancer several years ago. Again, I am simply a customer that only spoke to him in the phone. I happened to have some work done in 2021 and he let me know the cancer was back (I asked how he was doing). His tech let me know that was what took his life. I really didn't know Joe but from my interactions that are confirmed by all the positive comments here , Joe was a gentleman and a great business owner.

By 3:00 that afternoon he had replaced the spring and in addition, he also oiled the tracks. The door is now opening quieter than it has in some time.
