AMAZING to watch him and his team work to bring the tree down safely. After waiting 2hrs after the time he gave me I texted him and he was extremely rude. Saying he doesn't want to drive so far out of his way just for an estimate. So I told him we won't be using him. He said he doesn't do fences and he thought I knew that but when I originally talked to him I asked if he could do trees and a femce. He never said he couldn't. He still made a appointment to do the estimate. He should have just told me in the beginning he doesn't do fences or it's too far. The worst customer service ever.
