The people on site to do the job argued with my wife about what was to be done and left without finishing the job. We made a polite call to the office to let them know what had happened and were told that they were very busy and it was hectic at the office, but they would get back to me when they could. I got an email saying that they had lived up to their side of the contract, and regardless of what we had asked for, it was not represented in the contract and if we wanted the job completed it would cost more money. I paid my bill but will not use this company again. They care more about catching you up in the small print and tricking you than running a customer service driven business.

They showed up with a gorgeous crew of men who wasted no time! Their professionalism will not be beat. They got 8 smaller trees cut in between two narrow houses and trimmed trees at a tougher angle all in 2 hours. I was so impressed. They cleaned up and left our place looking amazing in 3 hours total. These men are such gentleman, they even made sure my recycling got picked up when their trucks were blocking the driveway. We'll be coming back to them in the future.
