I called and spoke to Zach and we agreed on a price so I made my appointment to come in. It was Zach's knowledge on installing "Caliper, Rotor and Brake kits" that made me comfortable in giving him my business. When I left it was Zach's honesty and quality work that made me at ease. Installing new brake kits is a bit nerve racking since if done incorrectly can cause you to be hurt badly. Zach not only knew how to install this special kit, but did the job right. I also asked him to put aside my old calipers since I will be getting my core deposit back once I mail in. Zach not only put it aside, but placed them in the original boxes and packaged them for me. So my hands did not get dirty at all. Zach stated to me he was experienced in many aftermarket installs. After my experience here I will be looking forward to giving Zach more of my business in the future.

My husband brought our 2014 Nissan Altima to Lou to replace the transmission, which he did…read more However, while our car was in his possession the hood and a part of the roof was damaged with dents and he broke our hood latch and never told us. We didn't figure out the hood latch was messed up until we inspected the car. He never said a word. Our car was also returned to us with zip ties holding up the bumper which he claims he had to use because the clips for the bumper was warped. He never said anything about that either until we asked about the zip ties and then he had to ask his employee what happened. How can you be so clueless about changes or dents to our vehicle but then say you are not responsible for the damage, and that we brought the vehicle in damaged. Originally he never went to his cameras to check anything and was blaming Nissan for the damage because his company brought it there to re-program the vehicle. Lou acted like he cared at first and then completely denied everything. We still have no answer or accountability for what happened to our vehicle. Lou is very dismissive and was aggressive when talking to my husband about the situation. Please be aware when taking your vehicle to this shop that you risk your car getting cosmetic/auto body damage with no integrity or accountability from the owner and his employees. I would not recommend or refer anyone to do business with him.

They told me I needed a transmission two years ago when bringing it in. They quoted me something…read morelike 3k for a full rebuild/install. I ended up changing the transmission cooler because I noticed it only struggled to get in gear when hot. Anyways two years later same Jeep Grand Cherokee with the same trans and it shifts perfect and is still going. Maybe it was an honest mistake, what annoys me more is they performed a trans service without my permission, and when they did they striped 3 of the bolts on the pan, I am sure they used an impact gun. The pan leaks now. I don't live in NJ anymore, but I know the shop as it has been there for years. I just wanted to take the time out to write this as I thought it could be useful to others looking to get a diagnosis.
