I hate to say this but just stay away from Richland Motors out of Roswell, New Mexico. They call themselves a Chevrolet, GMC, Buick dealership but they are more of a indipendent car lot. They do not participate on any Manufacture programs. I asked about the current 0% Financing or $15,000 off GMC discounts. They did not know anything about that. They dont give manufacture incentives. And their dealer discounts are petty. $3000 off only. They probably steal the manufacture incentives. Their vehicles are $15,000 above the competition. The sales guys are assholes. No knowledge about engines plus they don't know how to negotiate with a smart car buyer. Do yourself a favor, shop out of state. You will get a much better deal.

He wanted me pay the extra amount needed to reach the $95 Richland price. I protested that this defeats the advertised purpose of having a Mopar service contract. He said something that I did not understand until I looked into it. He said, "I don't want to lose money and I don't want to cheat you on quality like other dealers might." When I looked back at my receipts, other dealers had indeed been giving me "synthetic blend" instead of the warranty required "full synthetic" oil when they performed "Flex Contract" oil changes. I feel abused now for buying a "Flex Contract" if dealers won't fulfill it honestly, and embarrassed for my ignorance in to catching on to the way they have been cheating me. So, whereas I was perturbed at the service manager in the moment, now I am grateful to him.

Brian got the van in and checked it out. He showed me the absolute sludge clogging my radiator. It was like mud. In just a few minutes, he had it power flushed and running just fine with the flush fluid. Problem solved! I drove it for a few days and he replaced that fluid with antifreeze. I was afraid I was going to need a new radiator, but Cobb Auto provided the best possible outcome and they were very reasonable! When I needed a new door handle and windshield washer reservoir, they were equally efficient and reasonable. Everything works! You should call ahead to schedule a good time to bring it. When we asked where the mechanic was, we were told he was fueling his truck. Then, she didn't know where he was and couldn't get a hold of him. However, he was on the way. She said his service was spotty. We were charged a fee, due to the distance, prior to them heading our way. We asked for a refund and cancellation, and she refused stating he had already used a "tank of gas". Krissy had a habit of not responding to texts but answering when we called. Highly encourage people not to use this. We believe it is a scam, or at the very least a shitty service with poor communication skills between a dispatcher and mechanic. We have included screenshots of messages. There is no time stamp. We waited 3-4 hrs in the cold desert night for a no show. And they charged me first before coming out which is terrible business practice. Sending fake invoices too claiming he came out when he DID not. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO GET SCREWED OVER. He let me drop off my car at 9:30 at night because I was concerned about having it for Christmas stuff. And then when he realized I was taking an Uber home he gave me a ride home and waited until I got my door unlocked and was inside before he left the driveway. He is also super fair and looking to save people money and keep them on the road. He is the most honest knowledgeable affordable mechanic I've ever met. I would highly recommend him to everyone. I would give him 10 stars if I could. I can't believe my lucky stars that I found him.
