One of the technicians when getting in my car, decided it would be in his best interest for whatever reason to deliberately change the angle of both of my dashcams away from the cabin of the car, so all 3 angles were now facing directly forwards instead of actually inside the vehicle, you know, where most people's valuables are kept and this is not exceptional whatsoever. I have video footage of him doing it with his name tag, and the work attire.

Here's what transpired, I purchased 4 tires, had the "free" alignment inspection done, but they couldn't make adjustments to the steering linkage so I instructed "j" to replace ALL the linkage seeing how it was OEM , and simplify the alignment and give me piece of mind, safety related. "J" quoted me $600 ish for all the parts and labor. I said order the parts!...this is where it got serious, returning 2 days later to have this work completed, " j" finished up the alignment. $660 later i paid the bill and left. Now i got $1700 in tires and alignment. When we got home, we pulled the vehicle in the pole barn and looked under it and noticed that only a few pieces were replaced on the steering linkage, not ALL as quoted and priced. A call to the autoparts store revealed that in total, for every part steering related, over the counter prices were $266..and thats for all 6 components!..i was charged $660...for 3 components....im furious!..this location over charged for HALF the parts yet didnt even install all of the parts either!...a call to the store and thier excuse was, "they misunderstood "....but for $856 more, they will finish the job with new parts.... Oh my god!...watch out for this shop when getting ANY mechanical work done or quoted, the assistant manager will try to take advantage of you.....

When we called on Monday morning they said they would after we told them what it was doing. Received a call telling us that they found nothing wrong with it - all our invoice says is they did a diagnostic test. We asked them to drive it for awhile. Upon picking it up on our way back through - they said again they could find nothing wrong with it and it was fine to get it checked out when we got home. Needless to say it started overheating 20 minutes down the highway and we had to stop all the way home to let it cool down - 97 away from home it completely died and we had to have it towed. Contacted to get my money refunded - been 5 days - still no word. Disappointed. They seemed to be nice - but did nothing for us and just cost us more $$.

It was missing it's center seat, and when cleaning it, the guy said his people accidentally cut the carpet in the trunk area. But her felt that for the price they were asking should cover those issues. They did have a report that the van had been in a minor accident but it looked like things a had been fixed nicely. So we purchased the van. We've had nothing but problems since. Half of the lights in the van don't work, half of the vents only blow out cold air when you put the heat on. The part of the car that was "fixed" after the accident has been rusting off. The carpet that was cut in the back has continuously spued out stuffing. And I found out today that we were never given a spare tire. This auto place is shady and don't throughly check their cars or are honest with their patrons. I have no doubt the seller knew all of these problems and just didn't want to put money into fixing a car to sell it again, cause definitely would have lost money. Never ever will I buy from here and I will never again buy from a place that is not a dealership.
