Most recently we decided that we wanted to plant new larger trees in our yard and called several companies to quote. Kevin Rice was out within 24 hours and very was very helpful, offering many options regarding species, location, fall colors and size options. A little over a week later Shawn and his team arrived and we had 4 large new trees exactly as we discussed. They took extra care to protect our lawn and driveway from heavy equipment traffic by placing ramps on driveway and driving tracked equipment carefully as to not tear up the grass. We love our new trees and are 100% satisfied with their work. I normally would not give anyone 5 stars, but i could not have asked for a better experience.

I asked, to NOT leave me with a mess. 18 yards of Nutri-blend topsoil to top dress my yard, and they missed many areas. I also asked they fill in low areas, and they did not rake out the low areas. At the end they found every way to upcharge me. I asked to Manager/owner to come look at the job and he refused. When i tried to have a conversation about the job he found every excuse to cover his butt. Would not Come look at the terrible job. At the end of the day they needed a little extra effort to finish raking the mulch and dirt out. The guys that came out were hard workers that worked the entire time. Biggest problem was the finishing, that little extra effort to smooth out the dirt they put down in the low areas and make the mulch smooth instead of little round piles everywhere would have made a big difference.

If they cannot tell the truth about this, I'd be concerned them not being truthful if they did something else and you did not have video of the situation. My toddler does not do this behavior, but yet this wahoo did. The company and OPS management Dan stated that this is a "landscaping thing", nothing they can do to remedy the issue. Absolutely pathetic, disgusting, and the most unprofessional experience I've ever encountered. They also will argue with you after said issue with their company and call you days later just to do so.

I used this company for over a year. The yard at first started improve. The color was definitely…read moregreat, nice dark green, but I noticed I still had clover and thistles. I mentioned these before a couple of treatments and they were supposed to be focusing on that. Following those treatments the weeds looked good as ever and were growing. No signs of fading out or wilting. That's just not going to work. So I'm moving on to another company. My primary motivation in picking them was local company and safer to pets/kids. Bottom line is results matter also so I will seek other help. A note they left on my door after I told them of my decision said the yard looked good and that the brown spots were from the dogs. Clearly I was aware of the dogs causing spots. Not sure why they can't see the clover or thistles. It's rampant but that was definitely a clear sign I made a good decision to try another company. Note: All the pics are within 10 ft of the brown spots so the yard tech should have seen them. There are many more examples throughout the yard.
