Davit was amazing. I used the Yelp quotes feature and got a few from different companies on here. He was the most affordable and could come the quickest - he also was the first to reply to my quote request. I spoke to him on the phone and he gave me an out the door price for a Sunday tow. The other places I called said I either have to call back the day I need a tow or said something along the lines of "depends on when the driver gets there I could be between x and y but maybe higher if it's tougher" I felt like Davit with Capital City Tow was the most transparent and his fee was reasonable - middle of the pack. They picked up a tow from my insurance company about a month ago. They called me and confirmed my location and everything. I see the truck pull in the lot and then start to leave. So I call and they Tell me they are canceling my tow because they don't won't yo tow me 34 miles away. I asked why they accepted the contract then and her was simple. I did read the whole thing. Then she hung up on me. Thankfully my insurance company got on the line and another company was there quickly. read more

William was wonderful - dispatched through GEICO roadside coverage - arrived with tow truck ( if needed ) to jump a second vehicle I had at home. Battery was relatively new and under warranty, and after helping me roll small car out of garage bay, then a successful jump, he waited 10 minutes to make sure idling did not cut off. Offered to tow car to shop if I felt more comfortable, but I declined as I couldn't reach the shop at that time. William went on to help me make certain I could pull car back in garage. I continued to let it idle 30 minutes after he left. I was able to turn off the car ( once back in the bay ) , and start it back up. He gave me a few other pointers. I found William to be polite / prompt / professional / and accommodating to a few small requests. I generally get a survey after roadside usage, did not, so called the company he works with and was asked to post in yelp - Thank you again William! I sure hope I don't need a tow in the future - but if I do I hope you'll be the one to do this! read more

I called Capital City and I am so glad I did. He was there is less than 30 minutes, was courteous, professional, and was able to tow my car back to my apartment. OK, from now on David at Capital City Towing is my go-to guy. My garage queen Audi S6 in long storage had a dead battery because i had not been diligent in keeping it charged and the fancy air suspension had bled out, leaving it sitting low on its bump stops and the nose dangerously low for pulling it up on a flatbed. And because it had sat so long I was reluctant to start it before the dealer could pre-oil the cylinders. David responded quickly to my quote request on Yelp and asked many questions, because he too was concerned about doing it safely. He finally agreed to do it and quoted me a price that was considerably lower than I expected. He kept me apprised of when he expected to arrive, and upon arriving and checking things out suggested that if we installed my new battery and supplemented it with charger power we could get the suspension up without starting the engine. And it worked! After that all went smoothly and we got it to the dealer at the scheduled time. All in all a stellar experience. Five stars and I recommend to all. read more

Phenomenal communication and professionalism made my encounter with capital city towing amazing. Competitive pricing cheaper then 90% of towing companies, and were at the location faster then me! I believe the gentleman that helped me was named David . He was very kind and patient in the heat when my car was having trouble moving since it was stuck in park, if I need any towing in the future I'd definitely return as a customer since other experiences I've had with towing companies such as AAA have been miserable, I'd highly recommend you invest your time with capital city, I have a bmw 3 series which is pretty low and all the necessary precautions were taken to make sure my car got zero damage loading and unloading, and was handled with care!
