He went and picked up all the parts from the dealer and then came straight to my house to do the work. I had my thermostat, thermostat housing, and water pump replaced all in one go. With kids and work, taking my car into a shop is always a pain, so having him come to me was a huge plus. His prices were about the same or cheaper than other quotes I got, which was awesome because it's basically like DoorDash for a mechanic--except he doesn't upcharge just for bringing the service to you. You can tell he really cares about doing quality work too--he even spent extra time cleaning up all the old oil and grease. No waiting rooms, no rides back and forth, just easy and stress-free.
