When we showed up at the arranged time for us to pick up the vehicles, no one was there. When we called Ali, the owner, he was irate and said he was on his way to the yard "to shoot us". When he finally got there he was screaming and getting into my husband's face with a bunch of threats. We ended up paying for the tow "service" so that we could get the vehicles back. The fact is they NEVER should have been towed in the first place. He literally STOLE the cars. And then threatened VIOLENCE when we went to retrieve them. There are too many alternatives than to use this disgrace.

It was a very hot day, my friend and I were stressed (150 miles from home), and his immediate offer of cold water nearly brought us tears of relief. He expertly maneuvered his tow truck into a tough spot to get the car. I had called a nearby mechanic to receive the tow, but minutes before our arrival at the auto shop Fazl mentioned that my insurance would cover a tow all the way home to SF. He pulled over while I decided what to do, and when I told him that I would indeed like a tow to SF he offered to give me and my friend time for a meal in town before leaving (we hadn't eaten all day).
