Angie is definitely a saleswoman and is passionate about photography. I signed a contract for a booking for a work photo. My employer decided not to pay for the booking. I was stuck with a potential $700+ bill, not including the non-refundable $400 +tax booking fee. I lost a family member a few days before my photo session. I rescheduled before the 3 day window. I ended up with cervical cancer and never completed my session. Sometimes, you have to lose money to learn not to sign contracts. It is not uncommon for photographers to have non refundable retainers. My biggest complaint is communication. It was difficult to reach someone via phone. Emails are usually returned within 3 days.
