He like they are living thing which they are. You could tell that he loves what he does he knows what he's doing and he just wants to make sure the customer is happy. The guys were very, very nice. They cleaned up after themselves. They were very cautious and very wary of making sure that nothing went wrong. They weren't the least expensive and they weren't the most expensive but they were very reasonable. I would highly recommend these guys. Xavier provided me a very fair quote late on Friday to remove excess tree branches from around my house electrical supply line. He and his expert 2 man crew were back on time Saturday morning and worked quickly and efficiently to remove the branches. They were open to my requests and Xavier graciously agreed to trim an additional tree in the backyard not originally included in the quote for just $50 more. I asked for a quote for surface root removal along my driveway, Xavier gave me a reasonable quote and came back that afternoon and finished the job beyond my expectations. He also ran across a buried sprinkler head from my irrigation system without damaging it. They dug it up with the line intact and continued the job. This was the third time we've used CIR. Xavier came out quickly, gave us a reasonable quote, and he and his crew showed up within days to do the job. We needed him to reshape a pecan tree after CenterPoint cut it away from the back power lines and pole, and CIR did a careful job of trimming and avoiding the power line to the house, and they cleaned everything up nicely. I contacted CIR and they showed up for a quote at the agreed time. Xavier gave me a reasonable quote and was very pleasant to deal with. He scheduled the tree removal at that visit and the crew showed up precisely when they were supposed to. The rather large tree, located in a difficult area was removed quickly and efficiently with no damage to the surrounding houses, fences and ac units.
