The appointment they agreed too was very rushed due to them scheduling when they had a birthday to go to. You don't agree to service a customer when you have other places to go, the customer pays for the service it should be done as agreed. So even though there was pictures, they failed to get it right. It looked nothing like we wanted and they had to close and my daughter had to go out all weekend looking awful. But they did agree to try again the following Monday.. Sadly even though we agreed it would cost around $150 - $200, I ended up paying $350, I even paid before the work was done right ( it never was) I even tipped in hopes that they would do a good job the following Monday as my daughter was in tears. It was supposed to be pink, it was completely uneven and not colored all the way through. There was even a time when during the first try, when we didn't like the results I saw the worker slam her brush down in anger. My daughter said she was then very rough with her and it hurt. Don't agree to an appointment if you're going to rush it. Don't say you can do something when you can't. Don't set a price and then charge more, without saying anything. I am displeased with this place I even gave them a second chance. I would recommend looking elsewhere for service.

Everyone is exceedingly complimentary without sounding fake and I always leave feeling great. I did have an issue one time with not loving my color, and it was corrected and remedied ASAP -- I didn't even really have to say anything or ask, which is nice. It can be uncomfortable to complain if you don't love your style, so I appreciate that my stylist could just tell I didn't love it.

Dani B's was kind enough to provide bagels and mimosa's as well as non-alcoholic beverages. When one of the girls was not 100% satisfied with her hair, they took the extra time to alter it until she loved it. I can't speak highly enough of them.
