The second she saw me, she sat me down, listened attentively and compassionately to my hair journey, and used our first thirty minutes just comforting me before even pulling out the scissors. She spent the entire session learning about my curl routine and educating throughout to help me get to my curl goals. I told her I was really hoping to grow my hair back out, and she was so attentive and never cut a strand or curl without asking for permission/giving reasoning why the cut would be beneficial first. I have truly never felt more cared for in a haircut session and it was truly a corrective experience! By the end of the cut, I was so happy that she was able to maintain my length while also giving me the volume I was looking for! Sarah went above and beyond for me. Not only did she spend 30 minutes listening attentively BEFORE the haircut even began, she followed up on multiple occasions, sending personalized Christmas cards and not only remembered me 6 months later, but remembered details of my story. She truly has a talent of giving you her full attention and making you feel special and more yourself by the end of every haircut. I have grown up with curly hair my whole life but it wasn't until I started seeing Sarah that I truly learned how to manage and maintain my curls in a healthy way! Emily makes you feel right at home. I can always count on her to make my hair perfection every time. I get color faithfully and have yet to be disappointed. I have been having Emily do my eyelash extensions for a long time. I wouldn't be caught without them now. The back room we where her lash room is, is so comfortable and clean. She has a pillow to put behind my legs and a throw blanket when I feel chilly. It is so relaxing i could sleep through my appointment. Just what you need after a busy day at work. I leave feeling beautiful every time. While you are in the shampoo bowl, I have her wax my eyebrows. No more plucking! I recommend scheduling out your appointments for the year if possible. Her schedule fills up fast. I want to know I have the date and time I want, especially during the holidays. Easy access and ample parking. Kind of off the beaten path, bu it's worth it!
