This is the speedy q store off of Harper avenue and Clinton township Michigan. The current clerk working has been there almost a year and had no clue when I asked him probably resolution and didn't even leave a note for the manager to pass on to try to resolve this issue. Just shook his head and gave me a stupid look. Very bad customer service and just said it's a corporate issue. I can't do anything.

Maybe if he could focus more on customers rather than have AirPods in and watch Netflix he'd be better at his job. I'd give this place negative stars if I could

I returned and had my receipt and amount paid indicated on account with my bank card. She parlayed to the manager Donnielle to whom which made me pay again, this time I had to pay in cash as the balance of my card was not enough now that they took the monies from me already. The manager stated the first amount would be returned to the card, it has not as of now. You removed the funds instantly, why not return them instantly? Poor business ethics. What if I did not have another 20 dollars available, what then? Why was I made to pay again regardless of the proof i paid prior? If nothing more a multi billion dollar company withheld 20.00 dollars long enough for it to probably pay them hundreds if not thousands in earnings or interest where I just had to wait until tomorrow to eat and feed my dog. thanks so much for your great service #murphypoorservice #murphyusa ~regards

They will fill up your tank in a summer and try to lock you up at the very high price for the winter. In a past 6 + years I've been dealing with Propane providers. This one is by far the worth. And on top of the total mess I've been trough with this location, they charged me 18% interest on my bill while I was waiting for their reply. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY.

I certainly hope the previous people who had bad experiences did contact management about their issues. With that being said, I can only go by what my experience was this past Tuesday when I had to go in to get my tires put on. It wasn't overly crowded which I was happy about, and I actually had an appointment-we are long time customers and have had alot of vehicles brought here for tires. We don't go anywhere else. I was waited on by Matthew, who I thought was very nice and helpful. Any questions I asked him he either knew or found the answer for me. I was able to get tires while the rebates were going on so that was a plus. I had brought a book to read thinking I may be there a couple hours, but I think it was pretty quick-maybe an hour total to get the tires on & check alignment. The place is big and spread out, I found the chairs comfortable, and though I didn't get coffee there was a coffee station. Also, don't want to forget to mention that when I walked in, there were about 4-5 guys behind the counters & I thought I'd get ignored(has happened other places)but they all told me they'd be with me shortly. That was a nice change to be acknowledged that your standing there! Anyway, the place seemed clean and I was comfortable waiting. I thought they'd try to sell me stuff I didn't need, and that wasn't the case. Maybe it's because tires are not cheap lol! We'll see over the next week how worth it getting new tires worked out to be! Tire rotations are free if you get your tires here so that's a plus.

We were told it would take at least an hour and a half before they could look at our vehicle. We went out for a lunch and was called when our truck was finished. We were told there was a nail which he was willing to give me when I pulled out my wallet he stated there was no charge. It was great to have it fixed. Thank you Bell Tire
