I once got stuck in this car wash for about 20 min and nothing was given as a way to make it up to me. I also just went to get a wash before work and arrived at 7:02 and it was not open yet online says they open at 7 AM. Most times I don't have problems and get a good car wash. read more

DO NOT GO HERE OR TO ANY OF THESE CHAIN OF CAR WASHES. the owner is a scumbag and will not take responsibly for vehicle damages done by his equipment. I went to the 4550 grand river, howell location on Saturday 3/28/2026 for a wash. I paid for the most expensive wash they have which costed $25. I drive a 2007 ram 3500. I pulled up, they waved me right into the drive through, guided me where I needed to stop and put my truck in neutral. From there the conveyor pulled my truck forward about 8-10 ft, and the front end of my truck derailed out of their guide system causing my truck to start shifting sideways and their equipment crashed into the grill of my truck. Causing over $2k in damage, bending my grille and grille mount into my trans cooler, twisting my hood and bending one of my hood hinges. My hood cannot be open as it is and is jammed shut from everything being bent and twisted. I've been bounced around one the phone being told multiple times a day that I would receive a call from the owner, only to find out today, 4 days later of being avoided and ignored by the owner, that the owner told his "message carriers" to tell me that his equipment is working fine and that he is not taking responsibly for the damages. Not only the damages, but no courtesy of even the $25 wash being refunded, of which was not worth the money that left my truck still dirty. If I could give 0 stars I would but people need to be aware of this place and that the owner DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. Do not go here unless you want to pay to have your vehicle damaged while management avoids you. read more

Loved this car wash when it opened. Signed up for the monthly. Since I've had to rewash on multiple occasions. They're not cleaning wheels. Or tailgate in my truck. NOT HAPPY! Nobody seems to give a shit. Not providing window cleaner last two visits. read more

I pay for a month membership and the last four times that I've came here only the vacuums are open to able to vacuum your car out but I've been unable to wash my car there what is the deal? Am I going to get a free month because it's hard enough for me to get in here with work so it's very frustrating not to be able to get my car washed when I need it and I'm still having to go elsewhere to pay to get it washed. When it's open it's a great car wash because they want to cross the street doesn't do a very good job. I am new to the area and we stopped for a car wash after trip up north and back. Vacuums were great. The young man helping at the check in was very nice and informative. Although we were disappointed to learn that there is no veteran discount and that many people ask about it. T hen we pulled up to the entrance and first thing we see is a tip container. We thought that was funny cause we didn't even have the service yet. So needless to say we past on that tip jar. We typically give our tip at the end after towel drying. Oh but no towel dry and no tip jar at the end. We pulled over and dried our own windows and no one got a tip except for the owner, if the owner reads his reviews . read more
