Always 2 or more employees on duty yet they never seem to find time to replenish the window washing…read moresupplies (fluid and towels) at the pumps. Nearly every time either the fluid is very low (and often rancid) or empty, or there are no towels in the dispensers. Yet when you walk in to the store and there are no customers, the staff are chatting with each other or on their phones. Seems like one of them could go check on the supplies at the pumps. Unless I am pressed for time and don't have the luxury of going out to Speedway or Valero I won't stop at BB for fuel.

I had some issues with the pump with my code not being accepted, so I had to go to the window to pay - customer service was good. They answered my question of how the points redemption worked if I was planning to fill up. Everything went smoothly, I was able to fill up quickly and be on my way. If you're a regular at Kroger, it is probably worth your while to earn fuel points and redeem them for gas.

This is the only stations statewide where I'd be able to redeem points. The pumps are old and outdated, and the service is a bit lacking. Lighting is also fairly lousy at night.
