Full of weeds, rocky soil, etc. They gave me a great price to fully till the front lawn, pull out all the old grass, till and improve the soil for the lawn which included excellent new soil and peat moss to go with the seeding. I watered twice a day in the beginning as they suggested and the lawn came out BEAUTIFUL! I cannot wait to see what it looks like come springtime. They also did a great job on the beds with my flowers/roses/bushes. Again, replaced a lot of soil and put down sand and drainage fabric.
