They did such an amazing job. Here's why they got 5 stars from me: -answered every call and text in a timely manner. -quality quality quality work (example, they didn't cheap out with the poles but got sturdy thick 2.5" diameter ones). -communication is stellar, they are great at letting you know the status (example, I added another pole but they couldn't come until they finished their job they were working on and they made sure I knew that before they accepted the job). -they also fixed my rockwall where it was cracking. -they clean up after themselves and do the right thing by the client by keeping things neat and organized. -they warranty their work (one of the poles didn't set correctly so they redid the whole thing to make it right).
