I can't speak on the other doctors they have in the practice, but Dr B was great. He took time pre-op to see what exactly i wanted them to look like etc. So I felt really comfortable going into the surgery. My only issue was that I wasn't told until right before my surgery that I may not be able to breast feed after this- I don't know how I feel about that, I probably still would've gone through with the surgery, but I should have have been informed ahead of time, not right before I went in for surgery. Overall though, I'm happy with my results. All of the office staff were super friendly and sweet and I'm very thankful for them too.

Please read the 1 star reviews and this will give you an honest result of what your outcome will be if you get a procedure done here. I've tried my best to be patient and understanding, but I am beyond disappointed and frustrated. I had a lower blepharoplasty done at the South Florida Center for Cosmetic Surgery with Dr. Cucin almost two months ago, and I'm really disappointed with my results. I still have noticeable hollowness and bags under my eyes, and they don't look much different than before the procedure. I went into this procedure hopeful and trusting the process, but I feel like the care and attention I received were not up to the standard I expected. The consultations were VERY brief and I unfortunately trusted that Dr. Cucin would be able to perform this procedure. I read previous reviews left by others that went with Dr. Cucin that weren't happy with their results but I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. I'm finding that I'm having to spend more money on products than I did before the procedure to hide my bags since I really had hope this procedure would be my answer rather than giving into fillers for example. I was hopeful going into surgery, but I feel like the overall care and follow-up have been underwhelming. It sometimes feels like more attention is given to influencer patients, while regular patients don't get the same level of detailed care or communication. After spending this much money and going through surgery, I expected to see a visible improvement and feel more supported throughout recovery and unfortunately, that hasn't been my experience. Blink and before you know it, the day is here!!! SURGERY DAY.....A little nervous of course, but wow, again in-house surgery (his facility!!!) how awesome, it's small, cozy, clean, comfortable! Signed a few forms, prescriptions in hand and some cool socks, I was ready to go! Literally, I woke up to what had seems like minutes, and the results..... what I have always wanted = ME ! I was raising my arms out of surgery, no pain!!! (Filled all my scripts just incase) only took a Motrin "just incase pain"- but none!!! How crazy, painless was right (phenomenal)!!! I didn't sign a contract nor did I receive a receipt for the consultation fee. The following day, I canceled my appointment before ever visiting the office or meeting with the physician. I was then informed that the consultation fee was non-refundable. At no time during the call was I advised that canceling the appointment would result in forfeiture of the fee. Although the office later refunded my payment as a "one-time courtesy," I do not believe a courtesy was warranted. I believe I was entitled to a refund because I received no services and never agreed to forfeit my payment under those circumstances. While I have been pleased with the medical care provided by the physicians, I found the office's business practices regarding consultation fees to be unfair and lacking in transparency. I hope the office clearly discloses this policy to future patients before accepting payment.
