Ordered the motor that its web site stated would fit my bathroom fan but it does not fit. The fan touched the housing as the motor was shorter than the original. Called and get the RMA to return but was told I have to pay 20% restock fee and of course, I have to pay for the shipping fee. And if there's scratch to the motor then I would not get a refund. I also would not get the motor back unless I pay for the shipping. After a short calculation and don't know how much I would have to pay for the shipping and growing not trusting this supplier that it might just said it has a scratch, so I decided to keep the motor. I guess this is how the business get benefit. I would not order anything from this supplier ever again. Short story, if you are going to order anything from this supplier, think about the 20% restock and paying for the shipping if you decide to return the part. read more

Sent me a defective motor (as per the manufactures tec) and would not return it. I get to eat a $580. + motor

CSH was the only place I could find the specific motor that I needed, even the big electric motor supply place in my city said they could not order it for me. Motor was reasonably priced fit and works perfectly. read more

My furnace went out this morning, was having trouble finding a inducer motor. They helped me find exactly what I needed, even though it didn't cross reference in any of their books. It wasn't the "exact" correct part, but it definitely worked and I have heat now. They helped me a ton. And told me if t wouldn't work as long as I didn't scratch it up trying to see if it did they would return it. Great service!! read more
