Each time the staff has been unhelpful, short, unknowable and seemingly annoyed customers are there whether there was one person or five. I am not one to complain to management, but I download yelp just to share how upsetting my experiences have been. This is the third and final time I will use this location, possibly UPS in general. I would leave 0 stars if the app allowed. I understand the price gouging being that they aren't the post office and offer being open 7 days a week, that's fine. But the experience should be at least neutral most of the time. Take your business elsewhere.

I've been a Yelp Elite member for seven years, and this was honestly one of the most enjoyable small-group events I've attended. The group size was small, which meant we received plenty of individual attention while making our bath bombs. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They shared the story behind the company, how the franchise started, and how this particular Fenton location grew. We also got to meet several team members who have been there for years, which really says a lot about the atmosphere they've created. Everything is made on-site in their soap kitchen using plant-based ingredients, with no parabens, phthalates, or harsh chemicals. Even better, everything smells amazing. One of the coolest features is how customizable their products are. You can choose a scent you love and have it made into laundry soap, body lotion, body butter, soaps, and more. They carry much more than soap too, including laundry detergent, dryer balls, car scent fresheners, shaved soap, and body care products. I also learned they host workshops and private events that can be booked for birthdays, parties, team outings, and other special occasions, which would make such a unique and fun celebration. The store is conveniently located near Walmart, restaurants, and right off the highway, making it an easy stop. I've lived nearby for years and somehow didn't realize this gem was here. There was a young man helping all 3 customers and was doing a great job. Than out comes the manager and he was not very friendly. The young man had to end up helping me anyway as the manager couldn't seem to get the computer to work right. I was ready frustrated and the store manager about tipped me over the edge. Thank you to the young man that ended up finishing to help me and I was in my way. The store manager acted upset and went back to the back. Grrrr.
