This is a cool place with plenty of plants and trees. They had a few plants that I have not seen…read moreat the big box stores, like lamb's ear, Mahonias etc. I am not saying that they are rare, but not often seen. I did not realize that Marvel Mahonia is spiky. I had my eyes on it for years and was hoping to plant it in my front yard. Now, I have changed my mind. They have a nice selection of hydrangeas and maple trees. Everything looked healthy and well cared for. The main reason I visited the store was to find a medium sized concrete statue for my yard. They have a really nice collection of garden decor items, hummingbird and bird feeders, yard ornaments and all. They also had concrete statues. I did not find anything I liked, but a good selection nonetheless. I ended up buying a few plants and I will be coming back for more for sure.

The counter girl lied about when it would be planted. First the excuse was we don't have the crew, then it was they are waiting on a machine. I guess I hurt the counter girls feelings because she told me the conversation was over and that I needed to speak to her boss. He reiterated that he didn't have enough crew and needed to rent a machine and that he needed a few more trees to be sold so that it was cost effective to rent the machine so that I will be waiting for another week. This business has continually had crappy customer service and I will not give them another dime of my money. I will take my $500 and to go to a business that appreciates my patronage.

So I got all 3 went home and we planted. two days of getting them planted the one that did not look too good all the leaves and flowers dropped it looked like a twig. I waited to return to Reseda until 4/11 and took back the one that had died set it on the counter when I entered store and the lady behind the counter raised her voice and said what's this?? Not hello how can I help you nothing!!! Rude Rude. I went on to explain to her of the plant and Also brought my receipt back. she said I don't want to see Your receipt. she radioed out for someone to know I was going to pick another in place. As I turned to walk away she raised her voice to me and yelled " We will not exchange again!" Again this lady was just RUDE. i don't know if she is like this normally or she was having a bad day. But this was terrible service. My husband tried to show me some stone and I went on to tell him how she was. I told him we will NOT be coming back her again!

Two horses got sick with colic, I stopped buying there for several months as I wasn't fully sure it was source so I tried again. They both got colic a second time with expensive vet bills to follow. They keep their hay under a short ledge and blowing rain still hits it. I tore open the bales and mold was inside from the rain.
