Also, purchased many oak trees (white and red varieties- Nuttall, Saw Tooth, Overcup, etc.), Red Buds, Maples (Exotic Emperors, Moon Blazes), Bald Cyprus (less clean up in fall and hold up to wet areas), and bushes for planting. Supplied me with the larger trees. They can supply potting soil I highly recommend for purchase as higher quality over Miracle Grow and other generic brands- don't make the mistake I made and buy substandard garden soil for greenhouse. Also, in the Northern Alabama area, recommend the White Oak varieties, since they seem to grow faster, and branch out better, but the Nuttall Oak is my favorite, for this area. Beware of Double Charges at This Store I made a purchase on…read moreApril 25th, and the register was not working correctly. The cashier asked me to move to another register. Before doing so, I specifically asked if my card would be charged twice, and I was assured it would not. Unfortunately, I later discovered that I was charged twice for the same items. When I brought this to the store's attention, they refused to issue a refund and even went as far as to justify the duplicate charge to my credit card company. Only one of the transactions has a signature, and the second charge appears under a different system ("SQ Southeastern Salvage"), which raises additional concerns. I spoke with someone who identified themselves as the store manager, but they insisted both charges were valid. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I strongly encourage others to carefully monitor their receipts and credit card statements when shopping here.

Well, I previously would have recommended this place. I got two missed phone calls and a voicemail…read morefrom them, asking to call back. I had a quilt bound way back in May 2025. I knew I didn't have anything that I was waiting on, so was suprised to be getting a call. The lady on the phone said that they had been audited, and the invoice from my quilt binding back in May showed that they hadn't charged me for the fabric I bought for the binding (?). They said I had a balance of $5 and some cents- I was in disbelief, that they would call me, the customer, MONTHS later, and ask for a payment of $5...... If their employee messed something up and didn't charge enough or didn't ring up the fabric....... that is NOT on the customer to rectify months later. Honestly I was so flabbergasted I did pay it- the person on the phone said she was "just doing her job" because she had been asked to call BY THE OWNER. So the owner thinks it's on the customer to pay an outstanding fee for an employee's mistake, again..... MONTHS later after the fact? She reiterated that they had been audited-- I mean...... bummer for them but again as the customer that is absolutely NOT my problem. And certainly it isn't my responsibility to rectify. Astounded that such a small business would even attempt to bother a customer about this months later. Such a sour taste in my mouth. There are multiple other quilting stores around, and I have had quilts bound and/or quilted at other places. I'll probably never go back because I can't even believe the audacity of a shop owner. They should have eaten the cost or taken it out of the employee's wages (whoever messed up). Anything would have been acceptable rather than bothering a customer months after the fact. This would never happen at a larger retail store- and I probably should have just refused altogether. If I had not been so shocked I probably would have. Would they come to my house and demand payment? The entire situation is so bizarre. Beware to customers across the board when this is how you're treated.

I arrived at the co-op before 9:30 am and the truck had already left. Was scheduled to be there from 10 am - 11 am. Coop employee called pond stockers and was told they shouldn't have left. I left and was back home by 10 am. I called Arkansas pond stockers to complain and they said the truck had turned around and was headed back. If I had been told that at the co-op I would have waited. I waisted a trip after calling to make sure they were their and I don't appreciate it

They also have silk flowers is that's what you're looking for and beautiful pieces to arrange them in. Secondly, their prices were very reasonable, I thought. Thirdly, they are easy to work with. They ask that you call and place your order two weeks before the event. If a particular flower isn't available due to being out of season/stock, they are supposed to call and let you know. I had actually UNDER ordered and thankfully, they had additional roses in stock and were able to supply the correct amount I needed. If something didn't look as fresh as possible, they took the initiative and found something better. Since I had under ordered and had to get more, my order was more than I had budgeted for, so they gladly accommodated me by allowing me to decline some of my order and replace with the ones we wanted more. I picked the flowers up two days before the wedding and it's now been SIX days since having them and they are still beautiful as arrangements in my house.
