This company was an absolute nightmare to deal with. I placed a call on Saturday to have a car key…read moremade and the technician called and said he would be at my place between 11-noon on Monday. I cabbed home from work during this time only to have no technician arrive and no phone call to me explaining why. When I called, he let me know he would be there around 1:30. Fine - so I cabbed back to work and back home again at 1:30. I stood there for over an hour while he messed up cutting 3 separate keys. He then ran out of spares to work with and let me know that I would have to now wait until Tuesday. On Tuesday he called and let me know that the key will now not arrive until Wednesday. When I called his supervisor, the extremely rude woman working dispatch refused to give me the supervisor's last name. Her snarky attitude was extremely frustrating. Needless to say, I should have went to the dealership first. They are professional, CHEAPER, and I know it will be done right. I would never use this joke of a company again.
