But I cannot in good faith recommend their tint services. I got my tint done last week and nearly every window on my YukonXL has a flaw. I took it back this week to get the worst ones fixed (couldn't repair one area without damaging what came factory on the vehicle- not fun)- was the first person there before 10 am and didn't get my car back until after 3pm and have dust/debris bubbles all over my drivers window. The owner did offer for me to come back, but I can't trust it will ever be truly right and I will have wasted an entire other day. Additionally, I made the stupid mistake of paying via Zelle because the CC machine wasn't working and now I have no way to recoup any money. I will have to spend more money to have the tint removed and redone elsewhere. It's a shame, but hopefully others won't make the same mistakes I did.

I…read morebelieve that someone made up a story to cover their rude behavior towards a customer who, at the time, wasn't given a decent score or offer, and your salesperson, didn't like answering questions on deals that weren't home runs. I still will never buy from there given the attitude and behavior in which I was treated, and will continue to tell everyone who is in the market for a truck to avoid that location, based upon my experience. This wasn't an isolated incident, as I "gave you a second chance" the time I got hung up on. The fact was is that I went down there at one point a couple of years before (calling ahead to see a vehicle), and when I got there it was sold, which I accepted, I was over an hour away, but no one called me to alert me, and I had an appointment, so they had my info. It's just a culture of bad customer service "you need us, we could care less about you" attitude. This, is why the reviews are how they are.

(see below for a few direct quotes) All the positive reviews are true - The standard of care taken by Dakota, along with Delvin(sp?) and Casper left teachers feeling like they each went home with a brand new car, no matter the extent of work needed (-from melted crayons, to leaves/dirt/upholstery stains, etc.) - They don't skimp or try to do a sub-par job (I'm pretty sure it's against their ethos as a company). EVERY car was handled with meticulous care by Dakota and his team, and this especially meant SO MUCH to our teachers and staff. They ordered the glass and came out the next day. They were on time. They educated us U.S. Car Regulations for auto glass. The front windshield is laminated glass, which stays in one piece even when it breaks, and it does expire. The new windshield looks beautiful. It also protects against UV rays. Great job!
