We treated our teachers with car detailing services through DDM and I'm pretty sure it was one of the BEST Teacher Appreciation gifts they've ever received! (see below for a few direct quotes) All the positive reviews are true - The standard of care taken by Dakota, along with Delvin(sp?) and Casper left teachers feeling like they each went home with a brand new car, no matter the extent of work needed (-from melted crayons, to leaves/dirt/upholstery stains, etc.) - They don't skimp or try to do a sub-par job (I'm pretty sure it's against their ethos as a company). EVERY car was handled with meticulous care by Dakota and his team, and this especially meant SO MUCH to our teachers and staff. Even from my initial phone calls with Nicholas, it was clear that DDM cared and wanted to do an incredible job for our hard-working teachers -- THIS is the DIFFERENCE (and I spoke with at least 11 other companies): DDM truly cares about doing things well and treating people right. I first found DDM services through Yelp. I gave him a call because I had a area on my car that got scratched. He told me to bring the car by his shop for him to take a look at it. When I got there, he assessed the scratch and then went and got some tools to buff it out. He Did such an amazing job, majority of the scratch that was there came out. I decided to go to him for a Detailing and it was amazing. His attention to detail is very good, he knows what he's doing and offers great, reasonable pricing. He's very convenient, he will come out to where your car is or you can bring it by his shop. He also offers a subscription plan if you're a car person like me who likes to make sure his car stays clean. read more

DDM Detailing was very responsive to my request for a next day appointment. A milkshake had spilled and dried into my console and there was a lot of discoloration in my interior. While visiting in the area we decided to have our car detailed. We live in a rural area on a dirt road and our car is always dusty, not to mention the kitty paw prints all over it due to having several outdoor cats who like to climb up and rest on the car. We wanted a thorough cleaning and a coating put on it to prevent the cats from scratching it with their sandy paws. I couldn't be more pleased with my service from Dependable Detailing and Maintenance. Dakota was an absolute professional and completely flexible with my work schedule. I live in the downtown Orlando area and my car had been keyed during my time in a doctors appt. I was devastated, full on tears and anger while I circled my vehicle to assess the damage. Out of nowhere a kind man stopped by to see if I was okay. He could have kept walking but instead stopped to check to see if he could help in any form of fashion. He quickly looked over the damages that were on both sides of my vehicle and assured me that this can be fixed and what was most important was that I was okay. WOW!!!! I called on a Saturday and was able to book DDM for a Monday for their Showroom Package. I decided to keep my 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid instead of getting a new car but wanted that "new Car" feeling. They did not disappoint in giving that to me. They spent a meticulous 3hrs on making it beautiful again. I was also thrilled as they were able to clean my headliner which my daughter over the years from being a toddler decorated with several food stains. Dakota was extremely professional arriving on time, professional and walking me thru every aspect of what he was going to do.
