I've never screamed at anyone, ever, regarding any customer service, or sales interaction. I believe that someone made up a story to cover their rude behavior towards a customer who, at the time, wasn't given a decent score or offer, and your salesperson, didn't like answering questions on deals that weren't home runs. I still will never buy from there given the attitude and behavior in which I was treated, and will continue to tell everyone who is in the market for a truck to avoid that location, based upon my experience. This wasn't an isolated incident, as I "gave you a second chance" the time I got hung up on. The fact was is that I went down there at one point a couple of years before (calling ahead to see a vehicle), and when I got there it was sold, which I accepted, I was over an hour away, but no one called me to alert me, and I had an appointment, so they had my info. Went to look at a 2009 Yamaha R1. There were more than 4 representatives inside, and apparently I was Casper by the way they refused to see me. Me and my girl had to find the bike hiding in the corner ourselves just to find out that none of the damages to the paint, body, and frame were mentioned in their ads. Prepare to drive straight to a workshop. Don't make the same three mistakes I did - 1: I bought a vehicle from Orlando Auto Lounge, 2: I Relied on the CARFAX report but found that it is useless when it comes to technical issues with a car, 3: I didn't take it for a PROPER test drive, but just drove around in the neighborhood. Now, Orlando Auto Lounge will most likely state in their reply that I optioned out of the offered extended warranty - which is true. But never the less, the review would have been precisely the same even if I had chosen to take this, as I didn't buy a car to have it in the workshop within a month. I bought a 2016 RAM EcoDiesel from Orlando Auto Lounge. After a short test drive, I decided to buy the car as it was what I was looking for, with specifications and the color I wanted, which is hard to find when looking for used vehicles. The transaction and loan application went like clockwork, and I left the dealership as a happy camper. UNFORTUNATELY, I didn't even manage to reach my home before the malfunction indicator light MIL (check engine light) came on. I scanned the car when I arrived home and found that the 3-way cooling valve was stuck and that the humidity sensor for the windscreen was defective. Now, Orlando Auto Lounge claims that they don't reset the codes, but I reset the trip counter when I left the dealership, and according to my scan tools, the vehicle had driven 158 miles since the last code reset (I drove 148 miles home), so I will call BS on that. I called the places the car had been serviced and found that the alarm for the 3-way valve was initially reported in October 2021, but the valve wasn't changed. If you successfully reset the alarm code, it won't reappear until the engine is properly warmed up - hence the BS. Also - they claim that they properly examine and clean the vehicle. I will take that with a grain of salt as the errors I got with the car would then have been discovered (or they discovered these and cleared them?). Orlando Auto Lounge offered to resolve these two issues if I purchased an extended warranty for a minimum of $1,500, which wasn't my interest. I am luckily handy enough, so I change these parts on my own. Now, after approximately 600 miles, the car started to act up. First, I got a low voltage alarm on the battery, and the vehicle stalled (it's a new battery - alternator and battery tested and all in order). Later, the car wouldn't start (cranking but won't start). So now the car is in an authorized workshop where they found that the "Totally Integrated Power Module" (TIPM) has melted around the fuel pump relay and caused a short circuit. I perhaps can't blame Orlando Auto Lounge for this as they might not have been aware (unless Bill Bryan dealerships informed them when they sold them the vehicle). Still, a red flag should have been raised when the Carfax showed that the ownership was transferred from an authorized car dealer to Orlando Auto Lounge. Perhaps Bill Bryan dealerships (authorized RAM dealer) couldn't stand behind selling this vehicle as they maybe were aware of the starting and stalling issues and therefore handed it to someone who doesn't care about clients as soon as they are out the door. So if you are looking for a used vehicle, go to an actual dealership that gives you some warranty on your car and pay the little extra they might charge - at least they will stand behind what they sell. Stay clear of dealerships that sell cars as-is because you will be on your own with or without an extended warranty. If you are a fool, like me, buying from Orlando Auto Lounge (or any other dealers that sells as-is), take it for a serious test drive of a minimum of 50 miles (100 miles if you have time), load up the car with people/goods to see how it acts when under load so you maybe can provoke possible hidden cleared codes. Because one thing is for sure, Orlando Auto Lounge does not stand behind the car they sell, and as soon as you leave Orlando Auto Lounge, you no longer exist in their eyes (unless they can upsell you an extended warranty). read more

Beware!!! Do not deal with these people. I was looking at buying a Conversion Van that was handicap accessible for my 22 yr old son that has muscular dystrophy. It was going to be his Christmas present so he had more freedom to get around. I was working with Jimmy at the dealership, whom broke the window of the van while giving me a virtual tour. He told me the window was going to be fixed on 12/16/20 and would call me. I live 6 hours away and wanted to make sure the vehicle was in good running condition before I drove all the way up there. When I called yesterday to check on the window repair, Jimmy informed me that he wasn't working yesterday and someone else sold the van. I called the dealership and Jimmy was working and all I asked was that he would call me before I got on the road. I know it is foolish of me to trust a used car salesman, but after explaining my motivation and this van being a Christmas Gift to my son, I expected more. Either way, I would never deal with, or recommend this dealership to anyone. I wish this site would allow zero stars but a guess a 1 star will have to do. read more

awful AWFUL AWFUL business don't let them scam you!! bought a beautiful 2014 corvette that absolutely fell apart on me 2 days after buying and ever since i purchased it and drove it off Jeff's. i drove home it was awesome i had just got done buying a 65k corvette with lambo doors and blue interior it was great... 200 miles later the car goes into limp mode and starts leaking everywhere! more and more and more oil adding up every time i would park. even babying the car (low rpms) estimated about 3-4 quarts every drive. combustion chamber and intake was flooded and damaged with oil. all over my driveway! took it too jeff he claimed it didn't leak on his show room floor and fixed it, but really de tuned the car causing it sputtering, and misfiring. it leaks oil EVERYWHERE and im forced to sell the car. drive shaft, oil seal, crankcase, and tunes leaving me putting 15 THOUSAND DOLLAR REPAIRS into a car i no longer have. place is a scam!!! all the reviews are real when people have problems. TEST DRIVE THE CAR. i've seen cars and trucks on there lot for weeks and the frames bad, one truck had a few nails in tires, if high miles DO NOT BUY. again i bought a C7 corvette supercharged with custom interior and i got scammed into buying a car that sat at an auction with christmas lights on the dash !! the CAR HAD 25k miles brand new ! and this is ridiculous. EVERY shop i took it too said; "WHERE DID YOU GET THIS LEMON!!" mechanics know this car was built horrid! so glad i sold that piece of crap. BUYERS BE AWARE!!! independent dealers like this are sketchy hence the reason they're hidden behind back roads... i have tons of other repair receipts this was just ONE repair. do the math. Buyer beware! I purchased a vehicle from this dealership. I live out of state and asked them to send me video's of it running, idling, etc. Everything seemed good at first (as usual). This is my third online car purchase and certainly my last. Due to the pandemic, I wasn't sure if I should fly down to pick it up, or have it shipped to me. Once I brought up picking up the car instead of shipping it, "all of a sudden" they went through the vehicle with a fine toothed comb and magically a check engine light came on. My fault on this, I should have walked away right then and there. They claimed it was a bad spark plug and/or coil, replaced those and it was still running rough. Misfire on Cyl 8. They replaced a "battery cable" (wouldn't go into detail even though I asked) and it's running great now. The owner claimed he took it for a long test drive. Even drove the car for a week at one point before I even looked at it. "Great running car". I end up getting the car shipped to me. The day I receive the car, start her up, let her warm up, and what do you know, a check engine light. I have a code scanner so I scan it, same code. Cyl 8 Misfire. I asked to return the car the following day, this question was never followed up upon as my issues went from the sales rep to the owner (Mr. Green). After a month of going back and forth with the owner (Youval Green), he offers to return the car at a $250 per day fee + other fee's. That would have been nice to do when I ASKED. Now I'm stuck with a car with a bad engine. I had my lawyer send them a letter, no response. We figured but why not The owner claims I must have broke it... the day I received it apparently... with the SAME check engine light code it had at the dealership. I attempted to explain to Mr. Green that it has THE SAME CHECK ENGINE LIGHT as it had at the dealership BEFORE I took ownership (which I explained I have it in e-mail that's the issue), but yet again, he "doesn't know what I did to the car" in the 10 minutes I had it (I have timestamps to prove this information). I gave multiple chances for Mr. Green to do the right thing but to no avail, nothing. The odometer reading was incorrect as well. The vehicle was listed at a certain mileage, the carfax stated the same mileage as the dealership received it, yet the vehicle paperwork stated... you guessed it, the same exact mileage that it was listed for. When I received the car, the mileage was 612 miles more than the paperwork. I thought the owner took it for a week? I thought they test drove the car after having the check engine light (misfire code)? I have e-mails of them stating this. They are telling me they put a lot of miles on this car (which there was), while other people test drove it as well (according to the dealership), however; not even a single mile was added on from the day they received it, to the day I received it (according to the paperwork). Very interesting. The funny thing is, my lawyer purposely left out the discrepancy of the odometer reading in the letter, knowing this is a federal offense, especially being a dealership. Mr. Youval, instead of going forward with a lawsuit, for now, we are submitting the evidence of Odometer Fraud to the Florida Department of Highway Safety as well as MDOT (Michigan). While I certainly think I'm getting the raw end of the deal here, I think it's more important that OTHERS do not fall victim to your scams. While I'm sure others have received decent car's here, if they find an issue that they know will cost them a lot to repair (i.e. new engine) they will simply pass it along to the customer. All of the employees happily greeted me and my mom and were all very helpful. I came back a few months after I bought the car to get the engine checked out and they fixed it for 3/4 less than what a local car shop wanted me to pay for it. After a few years of biding our time, looking for a combination of low miles, no accident, one owner, gorgeous body, and perfect mechanical condition for a newer Taurus, we finally found it here, at a very unlikely looking place. At first, we were put off by because it is a small non-descript (the field where most of the cars are kept) out-of-the-way location. We roamed around, and had to hail a guy on a golf cart, who was busy with other people. They certainly were not hard-selling us. Anyway, they were very direct, no haggle, but the price was the best we have seen for the quality of the car, and the keys were handed over easily for the test drive. We traded our car there, which they said they would send to auction as it was too old for them. Yes, the price was lower than we wanted, but they did go up $5oo, which was fair, and we didn't want the hassle of a private sale. They helped us by calling the Fairwinds credit union down the street with whom they have a great working relationship, and an appointment was set up for us.We were able to get 1.80% interest due to great credit, and Orlando Auto Lounge could have done it themselves for maybe 2 points more, but were HAPPY to have us go there. All we had to do was put $25 into a savings acct. in order to be a "customer", and we both did that for another .25% off. We were able to close the acct. and withdraw the money a few days later, sorry.Our credit union of 30 years, CFE, doesn't do loans for most small dealers-their loss. The inside showroom is very cool, both temperature and accoutrements , and guys would love it. The whole affair was very quick and painless, and a handshake does seem to mean something here. It has been two months since we brought the car home, and our creampuff car is performing wonderfully, and I have no buyer's remorse. When we got there, we were informed that someone had walked in and purchased it just 10 minutes before our arrival.
