Unfortunately, this location is knowingly selling counterfeit Elf Bars, and has a return policy stating that they do not allow returns even if the product is counterfeit. The Elf Bar in my photos was purchased from this location. I verified the vape was counterfeit using the manufacturer's website and the QR code on the packaging. The sale and distribution of counterfeit products is illegal and carries both civil and criminal penalties. If you are a consumer who already purchased a counterfeit product and was denied a refund, I would advise that you reach out to your payment provider for assistance. If you are the owner of this shop, I would advise selling only legitimate products. The short-term bump in profits will be lost to long term losses from a single criminal charge. Losing a customers due to counterfeit products is more costly than selling legitimate products from less known/lower cost brands. Do the right thing and help the community by being honest about the products you sell.

I just moved right down the way from golden bear, and I stopped by to check it out earlt this morning on my way to work. I was greeted by an employee named Abdul. Bro gave me hands down the best customer service experience I have ever had at a smoke shop. He was extremely friendly, had an exceptional knowledge of the inventory, made me feel very welcomed to the neighborhood and you can tell he genuinely cares and speaks from the heart. I could not speak highly enough. As someone who is an employer myself, i would be lucky to have that man interviewing for an open position.
