Brandon designed my garage floor so that it was not level. My existing driveway was not level so they went with the existing slope of the driveway which was a terrible idea. Brandon designed my garage floor such that water could flow into my garage but then flow out. And then there's a tiny little grate in front of my garage door. The problem...I have a four inch opening on one side of my garage where my garage door doesn't fully close and that tiny grate continually clogs. To be fair Brandon wanted to put a bigger grate in but Glenn said no. Here's the thing. My neighbor across the street had a job for Brandon but Brandon flat out told him he couldn't warranty the work. Brandon knew this person so he was up front and honest with him. I'm new to the area. I feel Brandon and Glenn weren't up front or honest and weren't concerned about doing the job correctly. When Brandon came back at the end of June to pour sidewalk his crew was messy. To this day forms are still in the ground. Concrete is cracking in areas that aren't even stressed points. He poured in an area that was supposed to have metal grates lay over top yet no lip. Additionally, he cracked my existing driveway with the use of his heavy machinery. I asked Brandon to come back out but he refuses. He said he was waiting to get with Mr Walker. Mr Walker walked off the job when I refused to give him final payment because he wasn't even finished with the job. During construction my husband was down in San Antonio going through radiation so I was here dealing with much of the construction. I felt I was taken advantage of. I was talked down to. Not by Brandon but I don't feel Brandon did a good job of letting Mr Walker know how things should have been done. I've spoken to a Licensed Approved TREC Inspector, a forensic inspector with over 20 years of construction experience, another construction expert with over 20 years experience, and a concrete expert with over 20 years experience plus another individual with construction experience and they all said the same thing. You never ever design a garage floor to allow water to penetrate ever never ever!!!

Laundry 7-28-25 $5,600 80 sqft included closet but was not done, along with door hinge. Plus light and water comes in through door they installed improperly. Master Bath$23,000 flooring already has soft spots and raised spots they also left a mess, paint spray, concrete spray in shower, foam and grout in cabinet. The safety bars were installed with only 1 screw on each side and immediately became loose and i almost fell in the shower, I have multiple sclerosis and rely on safety. Deck and ramp 8-10-25 $18,000 The deck was suppose to be made wheel chair accessible because I have multiple sclerosis and it is way to steep (2 feet high 16 feet long) it needs to be 1/12 slope to use a wheel chair or walker on, they also built it to close to my ac unit only 4 inch when its suppose to be 12-24 inch away from ac, I have a new ac unit and have already had issues with it freezing over and its also a fire hazard, had to get it serviced and the ac repair people told us the deck needs to be moved because they built it to close to the ac. Flooring, $14,000 8-27-25 The flooring is not level and has soft spots everywhere including going down entire walkway of the house, raised spots, vinyl planks already coming up all down the entire house. The flooring itself was also damaged during the next project kitchen and bath remodel. They did not protect any of my other rooms or my belongings and completely destroyed a vintage 50 year old dollhouse, and tons of breakable things that were just thrown in big trash bags. Kitchen and bath 9-18-25 $50,000 They took my payment in 3 payments when the contract said 5 and i didn't realize till after i sent pay and after that they basically halted work and were extremely slow at getting back to me or sending up anyone to finish the rest of the work, I was displaced for 4 months when i was told it was going to be 3 weeks on the contract, there is extensive damage to my cabinets and walls and floor, including holes in the walls in cabinets and on the floor in cabinet and since then we've found snakes inside drawers and cabinets where the holes are, and ants coming in from the seam of the floor thats separated throughout the living room and kitchen also the guest bath was not touched. They took a 40 plus year old complex and made it like new. Great job! During the job some minor damage occurred to some vehicles at our facility next door. Action Construction was contacted. They came out in and inspected the damage and took full responsibility for the damage and all the necessary repairs. Outstanding! 100% stand up people!
