When I got on the phone with them they told me it would be $1,500 (over triple what we were quoted elsewhere), and I immediately declined. They then condescendingly told me if I take the cheap route it would ruin the house, while not knowing who the other company is or what the quote even is to do. When I read their quote in depth the only additional think they were charging for was a roof inspection when they advertize that their estimates are free. Just a giant waste of everybody's time.

They were hired to replace the roof, make several interior repairs, make repairs to damaged eaves, replace gutters and to replace a damaged fence. The company completed the roof replacement and interior repairs as agreed and received payment in full. The price was high, but we have no complaints about that work. However, then they started on additional repairs to damaged eaves but didn't complete them. They left a mess in the yard, several gaping holes where they removed vents and paneling. A few weeks went by, and they didn't reply to numerous phone calls or requests for an explanation. Needless to say, my mother-in-law's gutters, eaves, and fence never got a second look from Reborn. No explanation, receipt, or refund was ever given. Don't bother with them unless you want a half-finished project and a big bill.

For the record, he and his crew were the last people to step foot on that roof. He threatened to trap me on the roof if I didn't get down immediately. I pointed out that there were several that he missed and he kept yelling at me. I asked him to at least tell me what sort of sealant he was using so that I could make the repairs myself. He refused and peeled out of my driveway. There is no way on Earth I would ever let this man anywhere near my family or my house again. It was actually a little scary.
