Unfortunately that is where things went south. I got a call at 1:00 indicating they would be closer to the end of the window, around 2:30/3:00, which was fine and still within the window. I then got another call at 3:00 stating the truck was in the area and would be just a bit late, around 3:45/4:00, which wasn't terrible but not great as we had been waiting since we did not live at the location and had been waiting since 1:30. At 4:15 I still hadn't seen anyone so I called for an update at which time I was told I would hear from the driver in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later the driver called and said he was 45 minutes or more away. Needless to say, this was well beyond reasonable and we cancelled the service. I had very high hopes of these folks as I had heard good things but this was not a good experience at all. We have since gone with another service. The only positive comment I can make is at least they tried to communicate regularly.
