I have NEVER been able to find skinny jeans that fit right, and don't make me feel like a fat ass, but I was in luck at this store. They even offered to call another store if I wanted another color that they didn't have in my size there. They were a little expensive, but it's a Manhattan boutique, so it's to be expected. THEN they said that they only accepted returns for new and unused products. This shoe is clearly defective. They don't care. BEWARE OF BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I tried on some black slacks that fit perfectly - but one of the belt loops in the back was not sewed on properly and coming off. I showed that to the cashier and she took $2 off the already low price. I didn't have to argue my case or complain of poor craftsmanship (anything for a better deal right? lol) The quality isn't exactly 100% on some of the jeans but they fit well. Everything was 50% off (though I get the feeling that it's 50% all the time, so why not just lower the prices?). Clothes were priced at $8-$15 (so really half of that $4-$7ish). Clothes were from like the 90s styles (which is too recent for retro and too old for cool). I didn't check out the upstairs mens, but I have a feeling it would have been more of the same. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the jewelry was reasonably priced ($1 bracelets) and somewhat interesting though I didn't buy anything. Lastly, the staff was unprofessional and their conversations with each other in front of customers was appalling. Let's just say save the locker room talk for the back room. No trying idea is very bad and likely comes from a strange idea that I have time to give back a cloth if its bad. No! I come to a shop to first try and then buy if it fits well and this is very obvious in Europe but seems not to be very obvious in NYC..
