The realtor at Bay South basically tried to make me believe that paying $50k more would be worth it. They do not do their homework and can hardly ever answer your questions without "having to get back to you." Needless to say I got a bigger place for less money in a better area and I got top dollar for my old place. Do yourself a favor and pass by this place because they are not about business.

Homeowners Beware!!!!These guys managed a property for a year. I received my property back in very…read morebad condition/horrid condition. One realtor stated it is bad and refused to list it. The second realtor stated that it looked like a foreclosure! The carpet was completely black and the walls were a mess. Mind you I had spent 3k getting this house ready for them to rent. As a result of damages sustained i had to spend close to 5,000 dollars to paint, clean and.place new carpet. They were unapologetic and stated, we cannot stop people from tearing up your house. Louis said, you must be confused about what a property manager does. I am just warning you that if you are a homeowner please think twice before listing your place with this company. Old man Mozingo is a RACIST!!…read more I signed a contract to move into his building, and that very same night I moved in to set up my office and old man Mozingo walked in and ask me who was I, and what was I doing in his building? I told him, and he became irate!! I could see the little gears in his head trying to think up something, so he told me he had already rented the office space out. I may have been young, but I wasn't dumb. I knew what he was doing. At that time I worked at WLOX & The Sun Herald and was an on-air DJ for what is now known 107.1 The Monkey, but was KISS back then. I had just come from dinner with Gurvir Dhindsa, Jeff Lawson, Dave Elliot & Karen Abernathy. Everybody asks how my office setup go. I couldn't tell them that I had just been discriminated against. They wanted to go see the office. I was to embarrassed to tell them racist old man Mozingo kicked me out his building after lying about rented the office I had first. Everyone at the time told me I should've made a big stink about it. He wanted me out so badly, he even paid me to leave. He has no moral compass.
