The second realtor stated that it looked like a foreclosure! The carpet was completely black and the walls were a mess. Mind you I had spent 3k getting this house ready for them to rent. As a result of damages sustained i had to spend close to 5,000 dollars to paint, clean and.place new carpet. They were unapologetic and stated, we cannot stop people from tearing up your house. Louis said, you must be confused about what a property manager does. I am just warning you that if you are a homeowner please think twice before listing your place with this company. All they do is collect money. They provide no oversight of the condition of your home. Military members who have homes to rent look elsewhere

They have a online portal that monthly statements and inspections are supposed to be uploaded for Landlord and tenants to view with password protection . In 2023 I did not receive any statements from August 2023 to December 2023 and no rent payments . After repeated phone calls and emails I had no choice but to file a case against the brokers license for holding over $7,000 dollars and not paying it out. Also not doing timely inspections and tenants lease said no pets and it turned out 2 dogs and over 8 birds destroyed the yard, & fence, cabinets and scratched glass doors. Tenant was supposed to have renters insurance and the management company never got a copy from tenant because she did not have insurance as required. Currently it is August 2024 and I still have not received rent from May 2024 or July 2024 or accounting statements after 3 emails and 2 phone call requests.

I used this company to rent a condo in Long Beach, MS, and it was a nightmare from day one…read more First of all, when I saw the condo for rent on Zillow, it took me forever to get in touch with someone for information on the listing. Because it was a short notice move, I didn't have a chance to see it before I rented it because of their lack of communication. They had me send them a $1650 deposit on PayPal. About an hour after I sent it, they contacted me to tell me they sent me the wrong PayPal address!! I should have walked away then...but it continues on. When I got to MS, Lauren from their office was to provide me a key. She was going out for Mardi Gras in Biloxi so she told me that she was going to leave a key in a lockbox. When I got there, there was no lockbox. The rain was pouring and my movers were waiting to get inside. I called her and called her and finally made contact. She said she was hungover and would be there soon. She then started yelling at her boyfriend to get in the shower before hanging up on me. It was terribly unprofessional. An hour later she brought me a key. The house was FILTHY. The power had been turned off by the owner so I wasn't able to use the elevator in the building and I wasn't able to see everything that was damaged right away but what I could see was disgusting. The microwave and garbage disposal were completely broken. Both showers had an incessant drip. Once power was restored, I learned the garage door and elevator were broken as well. I was astonished because it seemed as though C2C had never even walked through the building. I couldn't stay there the first night and had to stay in a hotel. The repairs took FOREVER to complete. This was the case the entire time I lived there. In the last five weeks that I was there, I had two work orders in: one for the elevator and one for the master shower. They NEVER reached out to complete them. Their staff was often rude and difficult to work with. At one point, the garage door broke and damaged my car and they refused to repair my vehicle so my insurance company is now suing them. I could go on but hopefully this review paints a picture of how horrible my experience was and why I'll be following up with the Better Business Bureau and not using this company for anything ever again!
