worst experience. I drove from the other location in Prescott Valley to get a full service, interior and exterior clean. They didn't have it at the one on 2nd st, so I paid for it at this location and drove 20 min out of the way for the interior detailing. They rewashed it and did the inside (after there was no attendant readily available). Five minutes to sit there and hit their call button and try to actually call the location. Finally someone came out.--and I was the only car there to get washed; Then they rewash and do the interior which was almost clean but a few details I wanted them to work on. Let's just say, I had time to sit for 2 minutes and they were already calling me to say it was finished. Interesting. By the 10 min drive back to the house, I took the time to inspect everything. The outside was hard water spots all around, the inside, the cupholders weren't touched, the seats weren't touched, and Im not sure what they considered an interior detail. I contacted their "info" line and was ignored for several days. I resent the email and was talked disrespectfully to and disregarded. I replied that I was not going back to the location and requested my refund for a car that was more dirty than when I started $38 ago. Now I'm just being ignored. I do NOT recommend this location. I recently took my brand-new black car to Ocean Blue Car Wash in Prescott, AZ, and it was a disaster from start to finish! First off, my car came out covered in fine scratches all over. Like, seriously, it looks like it went through a sandpaper buffet. Then, I noticed water spots everywhere, and the hard water made it nearly impossible to get them off. And to top it all off, they had the audacity to blame ME for an accident caused by their malfunctioning conveyor belt. Unbelievable! This was my first visit to Ocean Blue. I signed up online to receive a free car wash, which I appreciated; however my car was damaged going through the wash. I've used these types of car washes for years and never experienced damage. When I talked to the employee about the damage (the frame on my front door must have snagged on a brush and pulled it half off), I was told if my car was over 7 years old and had over 100k miles there was a 99% chance the car wash would not cover a repair. Although my car is 7 years old, I have kept it in excellent condition, this being the only damage I've ever had. Very disappointing experience and the damage was definitely not worth the free wash. read more

The place is OK for a quickie drive thru wash but don't waste your money on the "full service". They just go thru the motions and barely do anything. They left bugs all over the outside of the windshield and hazy smudges on the inside. None of the glass was really clean and the outside of the car left a lot to be desired. read more

Fora $25 car wash, the business should have had more on the ball than these people do. Arriving mid-afternoon on a weekday, there were only a few vehicles in line (or in the lot where you can wipe down and vacuum your vehicle free of charge) -- but there weren't any clean microfiber towels anywhere to be found ANYWHERE -- and I politely asked the oldest individual (24-5?) there if I could get a few to use on my windshield and vehicle exterior: "We've been busy." Oh? There were four vehicles in the self-vacuum lot: he (?) and the young female (?) with him apparently were leaving for the day: there was one person very busy emptying trash cans, and three people in the "interior"car cleaning line attending to the one vehicle having its interior cleaned and vacuumed, another $25 charge. I understand. No towels to wipe your windows or vehicle exterior; the two vacuum hoses in my slot weren't working... but for a nominal charge of another $25, I can have my vehicle interior cleaned -- the primary reason why there weren't any clean microfiber towels in any of the outside vehicle slots. I watched one driver after another walk around the vacuum area looking for a clean towel to use --- and mine weren't the only vacuum hoses that were plugged, either. I asked one of those three people working the "vehicle interior cleaning line" if I could get a few clean towels to use and they said they'd be washed, folded, and put out when they had some time... but they told BP Obviously, the business plan is to get you to drive your vehicle from the free vacuum/wipedown area into the interior cleaning line, exactly what 2-3 people did after giving up on finding a clean microfiber towel to use to clean up their dripping vehicles: get into the interior cleaning line and spend ANOTHER $25 to get your vehicle interior vacuumed and wiped down. There wasn't a manager on duty, and two of those employees I asked for a clean microfiber towel to use said they'd only worked there about 2 weeks -- one only knew the owner's first name -- and the other knew the manager's first name. The young teen who was very busily emptying trash cans said there weren't any clean towels to use -- they were all waiting to be cleaned or were sitting uncollected in the upper bins of every station in the lot (see photos to follow). Yes, I could have taken photos of every towel bin to document the lack of service, but I suspect most people will get the idea. To be fair, I did find ONE clean microfiber towel after I began walking around the entire lot where you can vacuum your own vehicle -- found after I decided to document the full bins of used towels -- but someone grabbed the towel as I took the photo which follows. I grabbed a roll of paper towels from my truck and wiped down its windows and windshield. After waiting the better part of an hour, having some time to kill between appointments, not a single clean towel was put out by employees between 3:08 PM and 4:11 PM. Not one. The bins of used towels were still un-emptied, filled to overflowing, and the empty bins for clean towels didn't fill themselves. I was under the impression that car wash businesses understood the concept of customer service. I don't know what these people at this Ocean Blue facility are doing. They don't, either. read more

On 11-10-2024 at 3:56 pm I got my truck washed and there equipment ripped the driver side mirror off of my pick up. I circled back around and talk to the young kid who stated to me. Oh sorry we put new rollers in today and I don't think they adjusted correctly at that time. I filled out an incident report I gave it a week before I called back, the woman on the phone stated to me they do not cover mirrors or antennas. I asked her well. What about the big scratch it also put down my door when it tore the mirror off. She stated she would have to wait for the on-site manager to call me, I've read some other reviews, my pick up is only a couple of years old and was in perfect condition Just be aware, they really don't care what happens to your vehicle. You're better off going to one of the self-serve car washes and doing it yourself. I will keep pursuing this if it takes me going to small claims court businesses need to be held accountable. read more

Blue ocean car wash. Did a horrible job on my car today. I had a coupon for a free wash, which they did not honor. I've had this for several months on a monthly renewal. And when I canceled it back in november, they charged me twice even though it went within the guidelines of their cancellation policy. Very poor customer service. I've had this program before and was happy with it.I don't know if the place is under new management or what!! I complained to a young man who seemed like he could care less. Got a real shocker today as I went to wash my truck at Ocean Blue CarWash in Prescott off of Willow Creek Rd. After getting my truck washed about to leave, I notice that there's a separate section that offers interior detailing. Of the 5, soon to be 6 locations this one is the first for me. So of course I had to give this a try and was surprised as to how they do these details. Much like the car washes and the. Pushing you through the wash, this option does the same type of thing. You simply drive your vehicle up to the front guided and such, they'll vacuum, floor Matt cleanings. They use a air nozzle to get the crumbs and whatever out of your interior such as seats. NOTE they will not move anything inside your vehicle so if you have things on the floorboard they won't move it up onto the seat or anything. They'll simply not preform any vacuuming or other things such as back windows etc. So I suggest you either go to the detailing after you've moved all your things off the floor and onto the seat or remove things entirely. As I've already said, they'll do the inside windows which surprises me as to how dirty my interior widows were. They almost look as if the windows were just replaced they are so clean. Finally they'll wipe down everything inside like dash board, cup holders and those type of things. At the very end they have a quality control check the. Your called to get your vehicle. While you can't sit inside your vehicle while they're doing this type work, they do have a nice complementary coffee and other types of goodies to drink while your waiting in the pretty comfortable seating that's available. Plus you'll get to watch your vehicle travel down this moving floor to the next group of staff do their part of the job. The fee for this feature if your a monthly subscription customer they can add this service to your monthly billing which I believe was $25 bucks. Of course you can then use this service everyday like the regular wash. Or you can pay at the entrance of the detail at the price of $15 bucks. The few pics I have on this post shows a bit of the detail process etc. All the staff was pleasant, smiling and paying attention to the small details they are providing. So I'm certainly going to bring my truck back a few times whenever in the Prescott area. Lastly, I was told the the next Ocean Blue car wash will also offer the same type of feature. This new location will be on Glassford Hill Rd in Prescott Valley however I did get when the new location was due to open. They've not broke ground yet or as I saw the last trip on Glassford Hill Rd. Customer service is poor, employees are not trained properly how to direct customers entering wash bay. Moving a sign 1/4 inch to the Right or Left is not the same as using hand signals. When I addressed this with manager was told that's how they were trained and rolled her eyes. District manager wasn't much better. read more

I've been around for a while and I've never seen anything so ridiculous. There's one entrance for interior and a different entrance for exterior all for the ridiculous price of $30.00. The wash was fast and amazing. I used a coupon for a free wash at a $30 value and it was amazing. My car was coated in dirt and salt from driving through snow and ice a few days prior and it removed all of it like it was nothing. The wash was fast and the vacuum stations afterward were amazing. They provide rags to wipe down the car inside and out which I took full advantage of. They also offer a service to detail the car but it costs extra. I think this service is one of the best car washed I've ever done. I will definitely come back again. read more
