After disclosing I was a homeowner with 5 month old work order that had yet to be complete he was unwilling to help. He stated, "your a homeowner I don't know how you got my number". As the conversation continued I was shocked at how unprofessional, rude and disrespectful he spoke to me. Mr. Peterson then said that he was in the middle of a work site, on the phone and had people waiting on him. Mr. Peterson did not even so much as ask me about the work order, just told me that he was busy and to find someone else to do the work. Highly disappointed.

Before the project began he asked for more money to ensure he did not damage the driveway. This should have been a red flag but after stating we talked about not damaging the driveway and that should have been in your quote we moved forward. I reminded his foreman the concrete must slope away from the home. After job completion it was pretty clear the concrete was not sloped properly. Micah his foreman assured me it was. After the stain dried I put a level on the concrete and it is indeed pitching at my house. That was over a month ago. No resolution and a " stamped concrete has irregularities " is where we are at. They have $5,916.00 and the work was not done correctly. Buyer BEWARE! I am seeking a solution still but at this point I do not trust they will do what they say they are going to do.

For no additional charge he then re-seeded with some seed we had already selected and purchased. It was our first time working with him. He gave us a very fair price and delivered a lot of hard work. I would add he came on a Sunday because it was a convenient time for us. We discussed his other services and will probably have him back for various lawn treatments as well as consider him for snow removal. We consider JD a great find. He deserves more customers. We heard about him from several recommendations on the NextDoor app. JD told us his area of service is a 10 mile radius around his house in Roseville. That being his service area, how can someone from NY, NY be allowed to leave a one-star review that says nothing except someone was rude to her? Heck, I grew up in NY and if someone was rude to her that's actually par for the course out there. Anyway, the chances that her JD was the same as this JD working in that area is about zero. It broke my heart to see that review after how I saw him working his butt off for us today. At least it gave me a kick in the pants to write what I saw.
