That wasn't necessary as Ramón and the other waiter brought out plate after plate of shrimp, pork, sausages, potatoes, and a huge variety of local delicacies. He explained the origin of each dish and what regions they hail from. We drank excellent wine and enjoyed the banter with Ramón about the food, the ambience, and our trip.
