You don't have to rent a car, because locale is a 2 min walk to Deerfield beach diner, Oceans Restaurants, pizza place, 7/11 and like 30 other restaurants. We are right on ocean - you don't have to cross ANY ROAD. Walk to ocean in 5 seconds - this is paradise for sure. This is a GOOD SIZED ONE BED W VIEWS THAT ARE BREATHTAKING. They may have 2 beds? There is a pool and jacuzzi, picnic area and laundry facilities. The community area outside was well kept and a nice place to hang out. It was always pretty quiet. The location is 1 mile from the beach and close to all kinds of restaurants and stores. We also appreciated having a designated place to park. We highly recommend Sea & I for anyone wanting a low-key, relaxing and quiet stay in beautiful Deerfield Beach.

They "mirror" each other so if you need 4 or 6 beds, you could really rent both units and open the connecting door. Our daughter is in a wheelchair so the first floor units work perfectly for us. We can roll out to the pool or around the back and to the beach. It's a great spot for a family vacation but I've also been back twice for a "Mom's Weekend" with my girlfriends. (*side note: this is better suited for the "I want to relax" crowd than the "I want to party til I drop" crowd. Those of you would probably be better in South Beach.) Great restaurants within walking distance but the unit is stocked with nice kitchen amenities if you prefer to shop and cook for yourself. My 1 year old niece was rushed to the hospital due to seizures 2 days prior to their stay and was not discharged until what would have been the middle of their stay. My sister provided hospital documentation as proof and my father (who resides in Deerfield) attempted 3 times to speak with someone in their office in person and the office was empty. I myself also called their office 3 times and left messages before speaking with someone (mind you none of my calls were returned). After finally speaking with someone they told me they were issuing my sister a refund that day and then later completely retracted their statement and refused to refund my sister due to their cancellation policy being stipulated in their contract. They should be ashamed of themselves. Do not visit this establishment!

Rusty, falling apart Air conditioner that has a plastic shoe box catching dripping waster. Bathroom was ok. It's very noisy because of traffic. If your staying for a couple days I guess it's ok - if you don't care about air quality. But the rates they charge aren't conducive to what you get. Another couple stayed in #7A They couldn't sleep on the sofa bed because sheets were filthy, the entire place was BAD. I heard some places are nice because they are individually owned I complained to the president he told me it wasn't his problem. My problem was I didn't have any recourse. Therefore I'm writing an honest review so others won't get fooled Don't trust pictures or realtor
