The venue also set up the indoor tables and chairs before we arrived at the space, which was a huge help before we started decorating! Schoug, the venue coordinator, was amazing! She was helpful throughout the whole day, and was so kind to the bride, groom and their family. Would definitely recommend this venue for future events and weddings! The bridal suite was beautiful! The room had a personal bathroom, 2 sinks, and a getting ready area with 4 mirrors, 4 hangers for the dresses, and 4 high table chairs. It was the perfect space for the bridal party to get ready for the big day.

The lower part is good for music, while the upstairs sometimes has paint exhibitions.

Our party consisted of roughly 80 guests, so although the space looks small from the outside, it was surely enough space for everyone. The venue also has a full kitchen, which was really helpful for prepping the food and using the fridge for storing drinks and the cakes. Overall, it was a nice venue but the setup at dinner was a little crowded. They literally had to break down tables to make room for the dance floor. I realize that's not a knock on the space itself but a note to others planning large events here. The setting was in a relaxed suburban neighborhood, and it definitely helped to have GPS to find this place.

We had many requests and requirements for the reception, and she went out of her way to accommodate our needs and wants. She recommended excellent vendors who also went above and beyond for dietary restrictions. The location of Hollin Hall is also nice, and close to 495, but you wouldn't know it. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful grounds, it feels secluded and has beautiful gardens to wander. We were married in March and even though there were no leaves or flowers blooming it was a pretty backdrop for all our photos. I would definitely recommend Hollin Hall to anyone looking for a DC area wedding venue!
