There is ample parking, spacious rooms, and a great location to host any event. Please checkout the book "I Forgive You" ... it can change your perspective on human interconnectedness and interpersonal relationships! If someone wronged you and is shutting you out as punishment, this is their internal traumas showing in physical form... if communication isn't an option just forgive them. (But also optional if you don't like cows) They don't yet have water running to the barn, but included in the price were some luxury toilets. They also don't have chairs that can be used outside for a ceremony, which is a bummer, but we were able to rent some for cheap. The botanical gardens were a great site to view while waiting for the festivities to begin. The wedding hall itself is gorgeous with the open windows and was just perfectly decorated. If you get married there, you receive a membership from them We had our wedding at the Atrium and I'm grateful to my colleague who told me about this beautiful venue. They have all the information to start online and their team in charge of events is responsive and will send you all the files and pricing. When you schedule a visit, make sure to schedule it early enough, this place is so popular that we could barely get a window to visit and got lucky enough to grab someone's cancellation. We worked with Esther and she was absolutely fantastic to work with. Her responses are on time, she sends out the reminders and she is such a radiant and positive person, we loved her! Esther also helped us with all unique requests and accommodations and we appreciated all her support. Their in-house caterer was also great, we were pleasantly surprised with pricing for 2023 and we received quotes from over 30+ venues in the area. The quality of the food was very good too. We had a positive feedback from guests as well! The views are also so beautiful if you are doing your ceremony baby time from spring to late fall. So many flowers around!!

I'm giving this venue 2 stars off the strength of the decor and it being nice inside. Outside of…read morethat, this place is whack AF! The food was horrible! The chicken was dry as a desert. The rice had some of us thinking we were eating stuffing, the food was barely warm when served and overall the food did not taste good. I promise you - when the waiters came to clean the tables, a lot of food was tossed in the trash can! Most of us, at my table of 10, left the event and went to McDonalds because we were hungry. My next gripe... have sufficient seating or chairs in the common area of your establishment for people to sit down while waiting on the venue's ceremony room to transition into a reception room. You should not expect your guests, who may be physically challenged, senior citizens, or guests who may be standing in high heels to stand around after the ceremony for 30 minutes or more. My Mom (in her 80s) needed to sit down and the staff would not allow her to go into the reception area, just to find a corner to sit on a chair and out of the way. Lastly, cleaning attendants/engineers should be cleaning the bathrooms frequently. Ensuring paper towels are stocked and ample toilet paper is sufficient. Cleaning the floors from time to time due to water spillage around the sink floor. Especially since you have to walk across the bathroom to dry your hands at a hand dryer. To be honest, this review should be a damn "1". No matter how nice it looks inside, I will never recommend this place for a wedding ceremony/reception. Obviously this review is coming from a guest. I'm happy the couple is married and that I came to witness their beautiful ceremony. That part will always be an amazing memory. Last words to Crystal View Weddings & Events... step your game up and do better!
