Then, when a painter messed up my living room cabinets, I was at a loss for what to do as they were so ruined I couldnt restain them. I was going to have to paint them. I remembered cabinet facers and figured it would be better for the cabinets to match the kitchen as it is an adjacent room than to match the trim because it is an an open concept. I was in a time crunch and worried I couldn't get this done in time for a large gathering I was to have at my house in 2 weeks. I don't know of any company that can have custom sized cabinet doors in 1 week. I don't know how they did it, but they did. They had my living room cabinet matching my kitchen cabinets 2 days before my party. They saved the day. The work is beautiful and, again, a fraction of what it would cost to replace the cabinet. As a matter of fact, I had a bid for someone to come paint the cabinet and put new doors on it (not matching my kitchen ones) and it was the same price as the cabinet facers! Lenny and Francisco are so accommodating and took great care of me again. If you need an expensive look on a budget, Cabinet Facers is the way to go. I am a customer for life!

Excellent communication, beginning with their response to my initial request for information and throughout the whole project. The project manager and even the owner were available to respond to questions seven days a week. At the end of every day they provided a progress report along with what to expect the following day. They made regular visits to my house to inspect the work in progress. Even after completion of the project they stayed in touch to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. All the workers were courteous and professional. Each day they carefully cleaned the work and adjacent areas. At the end of the project a housecleaning service thoroughly cleaned and touched up. It amazes me how other companies and individuals didn't respond to my inquiries or ghosted me after promising to provide a quote. Importantly, ICO is local with brick and mortar offices in the metroplex. I would be leery of all those virtual companies who devote most of their resources to sales and marketing and then sub the work to random contractors.

Ray was able to reach out to the subcontractor who worked with us during our 2016 remodel to make changes to our home security system and cameras. Seriously, almost 10 years later. We had a custom built steel gate installed in 2016. Ray still knew who built it and knew what would be involved at adding a new coat of paint. Ray also helped with moving us over to one system like Ring, Nest,or Wyze. Instead of a hodge podge of various products. This has been huge. Roy responded quickly and provided an estimate the next day. Within a couple of days, I had scheduled the installation with Luis - the installation manager. Luis came by a few days later to verify the measurements & remove the existing drawer "faces". He then built the new drawers & spray painted them with several coats of customer supplied paint. On installation day, Luis & his helper showed up on time and made "short work" of installing the drawers, hardware & reattaching the "faces".
