This company has had to refix the wiring of a AC unit that was installed at our apartments. They…read morehad previously done the wiring but it was not done correctly. So they were asked to fix it by the company that installed the AC unit into our apartments. The Ben Franklin employee that has came out the last 2 days in a row to fix the wiring has turned off the air compresser on the AC unit off while he fixes it. This is fine!! BUT... when he is done he has not tuned the air compresser back on!!!! The air compresser goes to more then 1 APARTMENT!!! Including ours!! So he is leaving it off & has made our apartment over 100° the last 2 day. I have 2 small children & all of us ended up with heat stroke yesterday because of his error. He forgot again today & our apartment was at 95° by 3pm. It was NOT Ben Franklin Electric that came to fix there error. They couldn't even be bothered to answer the phone the 3 times I called them to talk to them about the issue. It was another companies employee that came out 2 days in a row. When they didn't have to & went out of his way to fix there mistakes!!! I'm NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED!!!!!

He yelled and said that they were taking up his customers spots. Then they asked if he wanted them to move their car. The old man just continued to yell at them and point at things, even though they were being nothing but kind back. I was going to yell back and say "what customers?!" , but the young man obliged with the old grumpy guys hostile confrontation, and went and ran and moved his car. I went and talked to them after and they were just picking up a car from the shop next door, and would've been parked there for 10 mins. He was very very unwarranted to be so rude to them as they just did not know where to park. I would NEVER buy something from here because of that interaction. It also looks like nobody else is either because that parking lot is only ever filled with employees cars. Should put up a sign if you don't want people to park in your parking lot. There's a lot of other places to buy these things in Orem and Utah county. I personally do not support people that yell at ANYONE, no matter their age. There's no reason to do that. Especially because it was unwarranted. I hardly ever write yelp reviews, but this is how rude he was. I felt like I needed to inform the public. Ps I am also an old man so I have earned the right to call him an old grumpy crotch.
