Told the soonest it could be delivered was five days from now. Well, that's not going to work! Second time we've had problems with the folks who were supposed to repair/install something. We canceled the order and will shop locally at a business who cares about their customer and stands behind their products.

First off it took them at least ten trips to install counter tops and cabinets for one kitchen and our master bath. As well not once did they adequately clean up after their selfs and would leave their spare parts laying next to our kitchen table on floor. Also they incorrectly installed the cabinets because they had the wrong collard spacer piece so every thing is a about one inch off where it should be. When my wife pointed this out to the owner and his son they became enraged and abusive and theatened to not have counter tops for three months. As well they expected us to pay an additional $800.00 for their mistake. We decided to accept their mistake! so we would have the counter top for thanksgiving 2022. My conclusion is these people are unqualified, dishonest, abusive and nasty.

The owner, Matt Skellan is not to be trusted, he does not honor the contract his salesman sold. Over a period of 2 months after the job was "completed" I got a call from Matt, he decided he would resolve the problem in the next week but has never called back or sent anyone to fix it. Contract was written "all hardware added/replaced" Owner said "hinges are not hardware" Find another contractor!

I will pay whatever for good service ... just fix the _____ problem. Their name "Kitchen Tune-Up" ... on their home page and Yelp posting say they do "CABINET REPAIRS." Good luck with that. I made initial appointment they canceled saying they don't do the basic repairs we were talking about. What's the definition of "tune up"? Do not recommend, avoid.
