Kwik Kitchens - durable quartz countertop complements new floor and cupboards

If this is Kwik Kitchens out of Maryland then this post applies to it…read more requested an estimate for a shower remodel. Soon after I made the appt i was inundated with repeat phone calls to set up an appt. This was off-putting and annoying and made me feel as if the company was disorganized and unprofessional. Tyler came out to my home on 1/8/26 and he seemed knowledgeable about the product he was selling. He showed me designs and proceeds to give me a series of price quotes. He quoted me the 1 year price as $17,606 and proceeded to quote me a price that was the monthly special as $16,198, then he proceeded to quote a price if I was interested in paying cash as $14,965. Lastly, he ended up offering me a price of $13,469 if I would commit to a contract that same day, this was what i considered a decent price but I was turned off by all the initial phone calls after I had made my appt. So it was a No for me. Oh, and here is some important info. they reached out to me via text about three weeks later offering another price of a little over 10K to do my bathroom. This was suspicious to me because why such a low price? Do you really think I am going to accept and not think you will do inferior workmanship? Lastly, here is were things get muddy, I told Tyler that I was planning on paying for my home improvements after I refinance and cashed out some equity in my home. I was specific in telling him I did not want to do any credit checks for that reason. He assured me that the credit check for financing would be a "soft pull" and would not show up on my credit. THIS WAS AN OUTRIGHT LIE! I started the refinance process a few weeks later and the lender flagged this as a possible debt on my credit report. I immediately reached out to Tyler because when I tried to contact GREENSKY I was not successful because I was not given an application number when Tyler did the credit check. The moral of this story is that Tyler has yet to get back to me probably because or their shady practices. What I ultimate did was take their written estimate for $13,5469 and when I met with BATH PLANET a company located close to where I live (they have offices all over the US) they matched the offer. YOU should look them up or use Kwik Kitchens estimate and see if another company with match it. I recommend you do not do business with this company. As for GREENSKY I should do a review for them anytime you cannot call a company directly that is not a good sign

Update 3/10/2026 I reached out to Brad Hulls at Kitchen…read moreSolvers when our beautiful and well loved kitchen suffered water damage last fall. Brad and the Kitchen Solvers team had remodeled our kitchen nearly eight years ago. We loved the look (timeless), and the way our kitchen worked for us, and had recommended Kitchen Solvers to many friends and neighbors over the years. After the flood, we faced restoration work, and after frustrating delays, and conversations from "restoration services" that said they could "come close" but actually left more damage in their wake, I stopped crying and decided to call Brad to see if he would be willing to take on this job. Brad came out quickly, took careful measurements, and said "I think we can fix this." Rather than offering "maybe" and "close match," he was able to rebuild and replace missing cabinets and trim strips with exact matches on the finish, while protecting what remained of our kitchen. Throughout the process, Melinda in the front office fielded numerous texts and questions from me promptly, with both precision and good humor, and kept me updated on all scheduling. Every person who came through our door during this process was highly skilled, on time, polite, professional, and respectful of our property. Our lead technician, Tannor, and the Kitchen Solvers team made everything fit seamlessly, updating and finishing everything so that it looks exactly like it what it looked like - and actually works better than - it did before disaster struck. Tannor took extra time at every step of the process to make sure everything was adjusted perfectly and looked great. He addressed every concern, and went above and beyond, finding replacement parts that I thought couldn't exist. If you are considering a kitchen makeover in these difficult times when parts availability and shipping issues are unavoidable, consider this: from start to finish, you truly cannot ask for more reliable, professional, and respectful humans to be working in your home every day. I am grateful that Brad was willing to take on this job, and delighted with the results. Thanks to Kitchen Solvers, we have gone from ruined wreck to a beautiful, fully functional kitchen.

I had Lowes do my bathroom countertop earlier than I redid the kitchen, and it was a complete debacle. They contract with someone from Toledo and there were delivery and other issues. Thank goodness at least we installed the lowes countertops ourselves. Heard Menard's uses the same contractor. Swore I would never use Lowes again and would only go with a recommended local business. Very professional job.

Extremely Disappointed - Unprofessional Workmanship and Poor Customer Experience…read more I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Signature has been so frustrating that I feel compelled to share it. What should have been a straightforward countertop installation turned into a 7-week ordeal full of errors, delays, and subpar workmanship. From the very beginning, the quality of the installation was unacceptable. The seam on the island was sloppy and drew immediate attention, outlets didn't fit properly due to poor measurements, the sink alignment was off, and the caulking was carelessly applied. A Side splash was installed on a wall I never approved, and the company did come back to remove it, leaving me to pay my contractor to patch and fix the wall. Despite multiple visits to "fix" the issues, the repairs were never up to standard. The same seam was worked on several times and left looking dull and worn on either side. Instead of using new material, they repeatedly tried to salvage the damaged piece, even suggesting shaving off sections of the quartz -- hardly a professional solution. Communication was often kept professional with the operations manager, Tim, but came across as cold and short during the final visit, which only added to the frustration. After several follow-ups and ongoing dissatisfaction, they finally agreed to remake the island with a new slab. By that point, I had already lost nearly two months of use in my newly renovated kitchen. I expected a professional job and instead got a prolonged, stressful mess. I would not recommend Signature to anyone looking for quality work or good customer service. -- Kaleb S.
